La plainte avait \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9pos\u00e9e par le syndicat socialiste des employ\u00e9s de bureau BBTK apr\u00e8s que le d\u00e9taillant a eu recours \u00e0 plusieurs reprises \u00e0 des huissiers et \u00e0 la police pour mettre fin \u00e0 un mouvement de gr\u00e8ve.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Delhaize envisage de faire appel, soulignant que <a href=\"https:\/\/www.vrt.be\/vrtnws\/nl\/2023\/06\/09\/delhaize-vakbond-krijgt-gelijk\/\">la d\u00e9cision ne s&rsquo;applique qu&rsquo;au Brabant wallon<\/a>, rapporte la VRT. \u00c0 Bruxelles, le d\u00e9taillant peut encore d\u00e9bloquer des magasins jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 la mi-juin, si des actions y \u00e9clatent. Selon le syndicat, il s&rsquo;agit d&rsquo;une \u00ab&nbsp;premi\u00e8re victoire, mais d&rsquo;une importance capitale&nbsp;\u00bb. En effet, un deuxi\u00e8me proc\u00e8s a \u00e9t\u00e9 intent\u00e9 vendredi \u00e0 Gand. Le verdict est attendu dans le courant de la semaine prochaine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Gr\u00e8ve de courte dur\u00e9e<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Quoi qu&rsquo;il en soit, une gr\u00e8ve a d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e9clat\u00e9 vendredi matin au supermarch\u00e9 de Waterloo, la premi\u00e8re depuis longtemps. Les militants ont bloqu\u00e9 l&rsquo;acc\u00e8s au magasin pendant plusieurs heures, mais ont <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lesoir.be\/518518\/article\/2023-06-09\/delhaize-piquet-de-greve-leve-par-un-huissier-waterloo\">mis fin \u00e0 leur action peu apr\u00e8s midi<\/a>, apr\u00e8s que Delhaize a envoy\u00e9 un huissier de justice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Depuis le 7 mars, Delhaize est en proie \u00e0 un conflit social intense. La cha\u00eene de supermarch\u00e9s veut transf\u00e9rer 128 succursales \u00e0 des affili\u00e9s ind\u00e9pendants. Les employ\u00e9s passeraient ainsi \u00e0 une autre commission paritaire, avec des conditions de travail moins favorables \u2013 bien que le d\u00e9taillant garantisse le maintien du salaire et de tous les avantages sociaux. Les syndicats ne seraient plus repr\u00e9sent\u00e9s dans les magasins franchis\u00e9s.
