Carrefour n&rsquo;a pas accept\u00e9 que l&rsquo;autorit\u00e9 belge de la concurrence <a href=\"https:\/\/www.retaildetail.be\/fr\/news\/food\/intermarche-obtient-le-feu-vert-pour-reprendre-mestdagh\/\">ait donn\u00e9 son feu vert \u00e0 cette reprise<\/a> en novembre, sans l&rsquo;assortir de conditions telles que la vente obligatoire de certaines succursales. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Selon Carrefour, depuis la reprise, Intermarch\u00e9 aurait une position dominante trop forte dans certaines r\u00e9gions. Le distributeur a donc demand\u00e9 la revente de 18 magasins. Le tribunal n&rsquo;a toutefois pas acc\u00e9d\u00e9 \u00e0 cette demande. Fin d\u00e9cembre, Carrefour <a href=\"https:\/\/www.retaildetail.be\/fr\/news\/food\/carrefour-devant-la-justice-pour-le-rachat-de-mestdagh-par-intermarche\/\">avait d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e9t\u00e9 pris de court<\/a> et l&rsquo;arr\u00eat sur le fond <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tijd.be\/ondernemen\/retail\/carrefour-belgie-verliest-rechtszaak-tegen-intermarche\/10476019.html\">confirme d\u00e9sormais ce refus ant\u00e9rieur<\/a>, rapporte De Tijd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Perte de chiffre d&rsquo;affaires<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Le groupe familial Mestdagh \u00e9tait le premier partenaire franchis\u00e9 de Carrefour en Belgique et exploitait les 86 supermarch\u00e9s sous l&rsquo;enseigne Carrefour Market. La vente a donc co\u00fbt\u00e9 \u00e0 Carrefour un chiffre d&rsquo;affaires et une part de march\u00e9 consid\u00e9rables.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Entre-temps, Intermarch\u00e9 franchit de nouvelles \u00e9tapes avec la transformation de 51 magasins int\u00e9gr\u00e9s \u2018Intermarch\u00e9 by Mestdagh\u2019 : 16 magasins ont d\u00e9j\u00e0 trouv\u00e9 un repreneur. Ils deviendront <a href=\"https:\/\/www.retaildetail.be\/fr\/news\/food\/un-supermarche-mestdagh-sur-trois-trouve-un-franchise\/\">ind\u00e9pendants le 1er juillet<\/a>.
