A noter que seul un quart du chiffre d\u2019affaires provient encore d\u2019Europe.<\/p>\n<p>Le b\u00e9n\u00e9fice net a atteint 4,91 milliards d\u2019euros, une hausse de 66% par rapport \u00e0 l\u2019ann\u00e9e auparavant. Un nouveau record pour L\u2019Or\u00e9al li\u00e9 \u00e0 la cession de sa participation dans Galderma \u00e0 Nestl\u00e9 pour un montant de 2,1 milliards d\u2019euros. Le b\u00e9n\u00e9fice op\u00e9rationnel s\u2019est \u00e9tabli \u00e0 3,98 milliards d\u2019euros, soit une progression de 3,5% par rapport \u00e0 2013, conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 ce qu\u2019avait pr\u00e9vu le PDG Jean-Paul Agon lors de <a href=\"fr\/f-belgique\/bgq-cosmetique-et-droguerie\/item\/19487-l-oreal-revise-a-la-baisse-ses-previsions-pour-2014\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">la r\u00e9vision \u00e0 la baisse des pr\u00e9visions de croissance<\/a> en septembre.<\/p>\n<h2>\n<br \/>La dermocosm\u00e9tique et le luxe, moteurs de croissance<\/h2>\n<p>La division \u2018Active Cosmetics\u2019, avec des marques dermatologiques comme Vichy et La Roche Posay, affiche la plus forte croissance (+8,7% like-for-like), suivie de la division \u2018L\u2019Or\u00e9al Luxe\u2019 (+7,1%), dont font partie notamment les parfums.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Le d\u00e9partement des produits pour salons de coiffure \u2018L\u2019Or\u00e9al Professionnel\u2019 est \u00e9galement en progression de 2,6% dans un march\u00e9 pourtant en difficult\u00e9 \u2013 d\u2019o\u00f9 la d\u00e9cision de son concurrent Procter &amp; Gamble de c\u00e9der sa marque de soins capillaires Wella.<\/p>\n<h2>\n<br \/>Les marques grand public perdent du terrain<\/h2>\n<p>Mais tout n\u2019est pas rose pour L\u2019Or\u00e9al : m\u00eame si les ventes de ses marques grand public (notamment Maybelline, Garnier et L&rsquo;Or\u00e9al Paris) sont en hausse de 1,6% \u00e0 donn\u00e9es comparables, le march\u00e9 a progress\u00e9 deux fois plus vite (+3,5%). N\u00e9anmoins les \u2018Consumer Products\u2019 repr\u00e9sentent encore pr\u00e8s de la moiti\u00e9 du chiffre d\u2019affaires global.<\/p>\n<p>Le PDG Jean-Paul Agon explique ces moindres performances par le \u00ab ralentissement du march\u00e9 aux Etats-Unis, \u00bb, suite \u00e0 \u00ab la concurrence accrue \u00bb d\u2019autres marques et \u00ab le nombre limit\u00e9 de nouveaut\u00e9s chez L\u2019Or\u00e9al \u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Et enfin The Body Shop, qui au d\u00e9but du mois a repris son r\u00e9seau de franchise australien en gestion propre, a r\u00e9alis\u00e9 un chiffre d\u2019affaires de 873,8 millions d\u2019euros, une augmentation de 3,7% \u00e0 donn\u00e9es comparable.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h2>3,5% du CA provient des ventes online<\/h2>\n<p>L\u2019Or\u00e9al mise de plus en plus sur l\u2019e-commerce pour acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer sa croissance : les ventes en ligne g\u00e9n\u00e8rent d\u00e9j\u00e0 800 millions d\u2019euros, soit 3,5% du chiffre d\u2019affaires global. En Chine les ventes online repr\u00e9sentent m\u00eame 10% du chiffre d\u2019affaires.<\/p>\n<p>Actuellement L\u2019Or\u00e9al consacre environ 16% de son budget de communication au canal online. L\u2019ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re, lors du festival de Cannes, le groupe a lanc\u00e9\u00a0 son appli \u2018MakeUp Genius\u2019, qui depuis a \u00e9t\u00e9 t\u00e9l\u00e9charg\u00e9e 6,3 millions de fois.
