Quelles sont les opportunit\u00e9s et les d\u00e9fis ?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Des ressources limit\u00e9es<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00ab&nbsp;Le marketing se num\u00e9rise depuis longtemps : les entreprises investissent aujourd&rsquo;hui un peu moins dans les m\u00e9dias traditionnels et un peu plus dans les canaux sociaux, les influenceurs, etc. Les d\u00e9taillants sont donc confront\u00e9s \u00e0 des d\u00e9fis majeurs, mais aussi \u00e0 de grandes opportunit\u00e9s&nbsp;\u00bb, observe le professeur Gino Van Ossel de la Vlerick Business School, qui animera le Retail Marketing Day de RetailDetail jeudi prochain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Une premi\u00e8re observation s&rsquo;impose toutefois : la plupart des d\u00e9taillants sont relativement petits. Il y a plus d&rsquo;acteurs locaux qu&rsquo;internationaux dans notre pays. \u00ab\u00a0<strong>JBC<\/strong> est une PME solide selon les crit\u00e8res belges, mais si on la compare aux acteurs internationaux de la mode, c&rsquo;est une autre histoire. M\u00eame une grande entreprise comme <strong>Colruyt Group<\/strong> est une \u2018small cap\u2019 en termes d&rsquo;investissement. Vous ne disposez donc pas toujours des m\u00eames ressources que les autres.&nbsp;\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00c9conomiser sur la cr\u00e9ation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>LE nouveau d\u00e9veloppement est l&rsquo;intelligence artificielle. Les attentes sont grandes. \u00ab&nbsp;Mais lorsque je demande aux d\u00e9taillants ce qu&rsquo;ils font d\u00e9j\u00e0 avec l&rsquo;IA, la r\u00e9ponse la plus fr\u00e9quente est \u2018pas grand-chose pour l&rsquo;instant\u2019. Tout le monde est conscient de l&rsquo;importance croissante de l&rsquo;intelligence artificielle, mais comment s&rsquo;y prendre, que peut-on en faire ? Ils se penchent sur la question&nbsp;\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Toutefois, les d\u00e9taillants ne sont pas mal plac\u00e9s : \u00ab&nbsp;Le grand avantage des d\u00e9taillants est qu&rsquo;ils disposent d&rsquo;une grande quantit\u00e9 de donn\u00e9es. Si vous pouvez identifier vos clients, vous pouvez commencer \u00e0 faire beaucoup de choses \u00e0 partir de ces donn\u00e9es. Les donn\u00e9es sont le terreau id\u00e9al pour commencer \u00e0 travailler avec l&rsquo;IA.&nbsp;\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mais prendre des mesures n\u00e9cessite de gros investissements. Et ce, apr\u00e8s une pand\u00e9mie qui a touch\u00e9 de nombreux d\u00e9taillants, suivie d&rsquo;une p\u00e9riode difficile d&rsquo;hyperinflation. Il faut donc faire des choix. Et c&rsquo;est ce qui se passe : \u00ab&nbsp;Beaucoup de cr\u00e9ations sont r\u00e9duites. Par exemple, je vois \u00e0 la t\u00e9l\u00e9vision des spots existants qui sont rediffus\u00e9s. C&rsquo;est intelligent : les annonceurs \u00e9conomisent ainsi sur la cr\u00e9ation, tout en veillant \u00e0 ce que leur pression m\u00e9diatique reste aussi \u00e9lev\u00e9e, voire plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e&nbsp;\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Le folder \u00e0 l&rsquo;ordre du jour<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00ab&nbsp;Je constate \u00e9galement que le d\u00e9pliant papier, un support qui a toujours \u00e9t\u00e9 tr\u00e8s important pour de nombreux d\u00e9taillants, est remis en question pour la premi\u00e8re fois. Le mouvement vers le num\u00e9rique est en train de se concr\u00e9tiser. En effet, en plus des taxes \u00e9lev\u00e9es sur les prospectus, le prix du papier a \u00e9norm\u00e9ment augment\u00e9.&nbsp;\u00bb La communication num\u00e9rique ouvre de nouvelles possibilit\u00e9s : \u00ab&nbsp;Par exemple, <strong>Carrefour<\/strong> a publi\u00e9 cette ann\u00e9e un folder num\u00e9rique \u00e0 l&rsquo;occasion du ramadan. Cela leur a permis de travailler de mani\u00e8re tr\u00e8s cibl\u00e9e. C&rsquo;est l\u00e0 que ces donn\u00e9es vont jouer un r\u00f4le important.&nbsp;\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En bref : du point de vue du marketing, de grandes choses sont en train de se produire, laissant tout le monde avec des questions.
