Le retail m\u00e9dia et l&rsquo;IA ouvrent de nouvelles opportunit\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Quel a \u00e9t\u00e9 l&rsquo;\u00e9v\u00e9nement, la tendance et\/ou le d\u00e9veloppement le plus important pour vous en 2023 ?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kathleen Martens, associ\u00e9e : \u00ab&nbsp;Comme indiqu\u00e9 dans notre rapport <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mckinsey.com\/industries\/retail\/our-insights\/state-of-grocery-europe\">The State Of Grocery Retail<\/a>, 2023 a \u00e9t\u00e9 marqu\u00e9e par l&rsquo;inflation et la pression sur les marges des d\u00e9taillants. Les consommateurs continuent de chercher des options moins co\u00fbteuses pour r\u00e9duire leurs d\u00e9penses, par exemple en se tournant vers des d\u00e9taillants moins chers, en optant pour des produits moins chers tels que les marques de distributeurs et les articles promotionnels. Notre \u00e9tude montre que cette ann\u00e9e, les consommateurs belges et n\u00e9erlandais \u00e9taient principalement pr\u00e9occup\u00e9s par l&rsquo;inflation et leur capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 joindre les deux bouts &#8211; ce qui s&rsquo;est traduit par un d\u00e9clin de la croissance des alternatives v\u00e9g\u00e9tales aux produits carn\u00e9s, par exemple, et d&rsquo;autres produits durables. Aux Pays-Bas, par exemple, le Bureau central des statistiques (CBS) a indiqu\u00e9, pas plus tard qu&rsquo;en ao\u00fbt, que 75 % des entrepreneurs \u00e9taient confront\u00e9s \u00e0 une p\u00e9nurie de main-d&rsquo;\u0153uvre. Selon le CBS, ce sont surtout les entrepreneurs des secteurs de l&rsquo;h\u00f4tellerie et de la vente au d\u00e9tail qui sont le plus souvent confront\u00e9s \u00e0 des p\u00e9nuries de personnel. Cette situation est reconnaissable pour la Belgique.&nbsp;\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pieter : \u00ab&nbsp;Mais nous voyons aussi des opportunit\u00e9s positives. En 2023, nous avons assist\u00e9 \u00e0 la perc\u00e9e du retail m\u00e9dia en tant que source de revenus alternative pour les d\u00e9taillants europ\u00e9ens. Cela ne semble plus \u00eatre l&rsquo;apanage des leaders technologiques mondiaux, et m\u00eame les \u2018champions locaux\u2019 plus petits du Benelux d\u00e9veloppent une branche retail m\u00e9dia. Les marges b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaires que les d\u00e9taillants peuvent r\u00e9aliser gr\u00e2ce au retail m\u00e9dia sont souvent plusieurs fois sup\u00e9rieures \u00e0 celles qu&rsquo;ils peuvent obtenir en vendant des produits &#8211; leur activit\u00e9 principale classique. Mais le succ\u00e8s n&rsquo;est pas garanti et, malgr\u00e9 le nombre croissant de r\u00e9seaux, il reste \u00e0 voir quels mod\u00e8les continueront d&rsquo;attirer les annonceurs \u00e0 long terme.&nbsp;\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00c9chelle et internationalisation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Quelles sont les \u00e9volutions qui se poursuivront certainement en 2024 ?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kathleen : \u00ab&nbsp;Tr\u00e8s bri\u00e8vement, je m&rsquo;attends tout d&rsquo;abord \u00e0 une poursuite de l&rsquo;activit\u00e9 de restructuration et de fusion-acquisition \u00e0 laquelle nous avons assist\u00e9 l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re, puis \u00e0 une expansion des alliances et des groupements d&rsquo;achat dans le secteur du commerce de d\u00e9tail. En effet, les d\u00e9taillants continueront \u00e0 rechercher des \u00e9conomies d&rsquo;\u00e9chelle et des moyens de r\u00e9duire les co\u00fbts afin de compenser les pressions exerc\u00e9es sur les marges et les co\u00fbts.
