Paradoxalement, la marque souhaite devenir encore plus ch\u00e8re et plus exclusive afin de surpasser le march\u00e9 en d\u00e9clin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Baisse en d\u00e9cembre<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Burberry ne compte plus que sur un b\u00e9n\u00e9fice d&rsquo;exploitation de 410 \u00e0 460 millions de livres sterling (475 \u00e0 535 millions d&rsquo;euros), soit un quart de moins que les pr\u00e9visions d\u00e9j\u00e0 revues \u00e0 la baisse en novembre. Sur l&rsquo;ensemble du trimestre clos le 30 d\u00e9cembre, le chiffre d&rsquo;affaires retail a chut\u00e9 de 7 %, avec une baisse marqu\u00e9e en d\u00e9cembre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les ventes ont ralenti dans la plupart des r\u00e9gions, mais surtout dans les Am\u00e9riques. Le chiffre d&rsquo;affaires comparable y a chut\u00e9 de 15 %. En Europe, la baisse a \u00e9t\u00e9 de 5 %. En Chine continentale, les ventes ont augment\u00e9 de 8 %, mais m\u00eame ce chiffre est inf\u00e9rieur aux pr\u00e9visions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Des clients aspirationnels<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Burberry affirme qu&rsquo;avant tout, les clients \u00ab\u00a0aspirationnels\u00a0\u00bb ont \u00e9t\u00e9 moins nombreux. Il s&rsquo;agit de consommateurs moins fortun\u00e9s qui s&rsquo;offrent n\u00e9anmoins des articles de luxe en tant que symbole de prestige. Aujourd&rsquo;hui, cependant, les clients plus ais\u00e9s se tiennent \u00e9galement \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9cart.
