L&rsquo;entreprise a pour objectif de devenir le leader europ\u00e9en des restaurants asiatiques num\u00e9riques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Aider les restaurants existants<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Yu.Eat, la startup des fr\u00e8res Yifeng et Yishen Yu, est un jeune acteur du secteur des cuisines virtuelles qui a connu un v\u00e9ritable boom lors des lockdowns de 2020 et 2021. L&rsquo;entreprise est d\u00e9j\u00e0 active en Belgique, aux Pays-Bas et en Allemagne, avec plus de 350 restaurants, un an seulement apr\u00e8s son lancement. Ce qui distingue l&rsquo;approche de Yu.eat, c&rsquo;est un mod\u00e8le \u00e0 faible intensit\u00e9 de capital, qui utilise l&rsquo;infrastructure existante pour se d\u00e9velopper rapidement, explique Yifeng Yu \u00e0 RetailDetail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00ab&nbsp;Ce que nous faisons, c&rsquo;est aider les restaurants existants \u00e0 g\u00e9n\u00e9rer des ventes suppl\u00e9mentaires par le biais de plateformes de livraison, en int\u00e9grant nos marques virtuelles asiatiques. Nous leur apportons un soutien marketing, des recettes faciles \u00e0 pr\u00e9parer, des ingr\u00e9dients exclusifs, une formation et une int\u00e9gration sur les plateformes de livraison.&nbsp;\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Forger des partenariats<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00ab&nbsp;Apr\u00e8s mes \u00e9tudes, j&rsquo;ai ouvert quatre petits restaurants chinois \u00e0 emporter. Lorsque la pand\u00e9mie a \u00e9clat\u00e9, nous les avons transform\u00e9s en cuisines obscures avec diff\u00e9rents concepts sur les plateformes de livraison. Mais il est difficile et co\u00fbteux de d\u00e9velopper des \u00e9tablissements physiques. Nous avons donc imagin\u00e9 une autre option, plus facilement extensible. Il y a d\u00e9j\u00e0 tellement de restaurants, qui sont souvent en difficult\u00e9. Pourquoi cr\u00e9er une concurrence suppl\u00e9mentaire, alors que nous pouvons \u00e9galement cr\u00e9er des partenariats ?&nbsp;\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tout le monde y gagne : Yu.eat n&rsquo;a pas besoin d&rsquo;investir dans des cuisines et des employ\u00e9s, et les restaurants per\u00e7oivent des revenus suppl\u00e9mentaires. \u00ab&nbsp;Ce faisant, nous leur rendons la t\u00e2che aussi facile que possible. Ils ont d\u00e9j\u00e0 leur propre entreprise, ils ne veulent donc pas ajouter trop de complexit\u00e9 dans la cuisine.&nbsp;\u00bb Les exemples de r\u00e9ussite ne manquent pas : \u00ab&nbsp;L&rsquo;un de nos premiers partenaires avait mis son entreprise en vente sur Immoweb, mais nous l&rsquo;avons aid\u00e9 \u00e0 survivre la p\u00e9riode Covid et, aujourd&rsquo;hui, il vend toujours nos deux marques.&nbsp;\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Mod\u00e8le de licence<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ces deux marques sont Chifuri, pour la cuisine chinoise traditionnelle, et Incheon, pour les recettes de poulet frit cor\u00e9en. Pourquoi ces deux marques ? \u00ab&nbsp;La cuisine chinoise est tr\u00e8s populaire en Europe. La cuisine cor\u00e9enne est plus \u00e0 la mode, et elle est en plein essor. Nous disposons d&rsquo;une solide \u00e9quipe de R&amp;D charg\u00e9e de d\u00e9couvrir la prochaine vague de tendances et d&rsquo;aider nos partenaires \u00e0 surfer dessus. Si nous identifions de nouvelles tendances quelque part dans le monde, nous pouvons \u00eatre les premiers en Europe \u00e0 lancer un nouveau concept.&nbsp;\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Yu.eat n&rsquo;est pas un concept de franchise, mais un mod\u00e8le de licence, pr\u00e9cise M. Yu. \u00ab&nbsp;Les partenaires peuvent utiliser nos marques, nos recettes et nos ingr\u00e9dients exclusifs &#8211; ces \u00e9l\u00e9ments sont importants car ils constituent l&rsquo;\u00e9pine dorsale du concept. Nous contr\u00f4lons strictement la qualit\u00e9 des produits que les partenaires servent sous nos marques.&nbsp;\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pas \u00e0 pas<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La startup a des ambitions europ\u00e9ennes, mais ne veut pas aller trop vite : \u00ab&nbsp;Nous voulons devenir le leader des restaurants num\u00e9riques asiatiques en Europe. Nous y arriverons pas \u00e0 pas. Pour la suite de notre expansion, nous avons plusieurs pays en t\u00eate, \u00e9videmment principalement les plus grands march\u00e9s qui nous entourent. Mais nous voulons d&rsquo;abord nous consolider sur les trois march\u00e9s o\u00f9 nous sommes d\u00e9j\u00e0 pr\u00e9sents. Apr\u00e8s tout, nous ne sommes en activit\u00e9 que depuis un an&nbsp;\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La croissance ne viendra pas seulement de restaurants partenaires suppl\u00e9mentaires, mais aussi de nouvelles marques : \u00ab&nbsp;Aujourd&rsquo;hui, nous nous limitons \u00e0 la cuisine chinoise et cor\u00e9enne, mais le potentiel d&rsquo;expansion est tr\u00e8s important : rien qu&rsquo;en Chine, il y a tellement de cuisines diff\u00e9rentes. Nous sommes en train de d\u00e9velopper d&rsquo;autres marques et recettes asiatiques, mais nous les gardons encore secr\u00e8tes.&nbsp;\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">La fid\u00e9lisation est cruciale<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Apr\u00e8s la pand\u00e9mie, comment le secteur des cuisines virtuelles s&rsquo;est-il comport\u00e9 dans un contexte \u00e9conomique difficile ? \u00ab&nbsp;Apr\u00e8s l&rsquo;explosion des cuisines virtuelles pendant Covid, il y a maintenant beaucoup de fournisseurs dans certaines villes. C&rsquo;est une bonne chose pour les consommateurs, mais il faut surveiller de pr\u00e8s la qualit\u00e9, car si elle est d\u00e9cevante, le client ne reviendra pas&nbsp;\u00bb, explique M. Yu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00ab&nbsp;Nous approchons le moment o\u00f9 seuls les restaurants qui offrent une bonne qualit\u00e9 pourront survivre sur les plateformes de livraison. Dans une entreprise comme la n\u00f4tre, le plus important est de fid\u00e9liser les clients. Nous analysons les donn\u00e9es que les plateformes de livraison peuvent nous fournir.&nbsp;\u00bb Yifeng Yu regrette que <strong>Casper<\/strong>, le pionnier belge de la cuisine virtuelle, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.retaildetail.be\/fr\/news\/food\/casper-pionnier-des-restaurants-virtuels-depose-le-bilan\/\">ait d\u00fb poser le bilan<\/a> : \u00ab&nbsp;Casper avait un concept plus traditionnel avec des emplacements physiques, ce qui n\u00e9cessite beaucoup de capitaux. Nous adoptons une approche diff\u00e9rente, avec une structure plus l\u00e9g\u00e8re. Nous constatons une \u00e9volution g\u00e9n\u00e9rale du march\u00e9, qui passe des lieux physiques au concept de marques virtuelles.&nbsp;\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Croissance organique<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Un premier tour de table r\u00e9alis\u00e9 en juin a permis aux entrepreneurs d&rsquo;obtenir deux millions d&rsquo;euros, provenant du fonds d&rsquo;investissement wallon Wapinvest et de quelques business angels. \u00ab&nbsp;Pour l&rsquo;instant, nous ne recherchons pas de capital de croissance suppl\u00e9mentaire. Nous nous d\u00e9veloppons de mani\u00e8re organique. Nous pensons qu&rsquo;il y a un grand potentiel, mais aussi qu&rsquo;une croissance trop rapide \u00e0 tout prix n&rsquo;est pas notre mod\u00e8le.&nbsp;\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L&rsquo;histoire a commenc\u00e9 il y a 27 ans, souligne Yifeng Yu : \u00ab&nbsp;C&rsquo;est \u00e0 cette \u00e9poque que nos parents, arriv\u00e9s en Belgique il y a 30 ans, ont ouvert un restaurant chinois \u00e0 Enghien &#8211; une affaire qu&rsquo;ils tiennent toujours aujourd&rsquo;hui. J&rsquo;y ai grandi avec mon fr\u00e8re, nous y avons apport\u00e9 notre aide d\u00e8s notre plus jeune \u00e2ge.
