Aujourd&rsquo;hui, la marque est d\u00e9j\u00e0 pr\u00e9sente dans les rayons des grands distributeurs et devrait bient\u00f4t suivre \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9tranger : \u00ab&nbsp;Nous voulons devenir la r\u00e9f\u00e9rence, comme <strong>Red Bull<\/strong> pour les boissons \u00e9nergisantes.&nbsp;\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Une bi\u00e8re saine avec des prot\u00e9ines<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>En tant qu&rsquo;athl\u00e8te et triathl\u00e8te assidu, Laurens D&rsquo;Hoore buvait souvent de la bi\u00e8re sans alcool : \u00ab&nbsp;Pour moi, c&rsquo;est savoureux et d\u00e9salt\u00e9rant, plus attrayant qu&rsquo;une boisson gazeuse. Je buvais aussi des boissons prot\u00e9in\u00e9es. Je me suis donc demand\u00e9 pourquoi il n&rsquo;y avait pas de bi\u00e8re comme boisson de r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration apr\u00e8s l&rsquo;effort. Une bi\u00e8re qui ne contient \u00e9videmment pas d&rsquo;alcool, mais qui apporte \u00e9galement des glucides et des prot\u00e9ines ? C&rsquo;est ainsi qu&rsquo;est n\u00e9e l&rsquo;id\u00e9e de d\u00e9velopper une bi\u00e8re saine contenant des prot\u00e9ines&nbsp;\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L&rsquo;entrepreneur n&rsquo;avait pas d&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience dans le domaine de la bi\u00e8re : \u00ab&nbsp;J&rsquo;ai \u00e9tudi\u00e9 le droit, j&rsquo;\u00e9tais avocat sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9 dans les fusions et acquisitions et j&rsquo;ai travaill\u00e9 pour un fonds d&rsquo;investissement. Cela s&rsquo;est av\u00e9r\u00e9 \u00eatre une bonne exp\u00e9rience d&rsquo;apprentissage pour me lancer moi-m\u00eame dans l&rsquo;entrepreneuriat&nbsp;\u00bb. M. D&rsquo;Hoore a d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 la bi\u00e8re en collaboration avec l\u2019Institute for Beer Research, le centre d&rsquo;innovation en brasserie de la KU Leuven.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Un public cible plus large<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Le r\u00e9sultat ? Avec 10 grammes de prot\u00e9ines dans une canette et une saveur IPA rafra\u00eechissante, Thrive est la premi\u00e8re bi\u00e8re de r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration au monde. Apr\u00e8s son lancement en 2021, le produit a rapidement gagn\u00e9 en popularit\u00e9. Thrive a pu passer \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9chelle sup\u00e9rieure, embaucher du personnel et lever du capital de croissance : un tour de table r\u00e9alis\u00e9 l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re a permis de r\u00e9colter 1,1 million d&rsquo;euros. La famille Swerts, \u00e0 l&rsquo;origine de Soudal, a notamment co-investi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Outre sa premi\u00e8re bi\u00e8re sans alcool contenant des prot\u00e9ines, Thrive a lanc\u00e9 une deuxi\u00e8me variante \u00e0 la fin de l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re : Thrive Play est pauvre en calories et contient 50 % de l&rsquo;apport journalier recommand\u00e9 en vitamines B et D. \u00ab&nbsp;Nous visons ainsi un public cible plus large et davantage de moments de consommation : plus seulement apr\u00e8s le sport. Thrive \u00e9volue ainsi d&rsquo;une bi\u00e8re sportive \u00e0 une marque de bi\u00e8res sans alcool, saines et fonctionnelles. Avec le temps, d&rsquo;autres variantes pourront \u00eatre ajout\u00e9es. Pour nous, l&rsquo;absence d&rsquo;alcool est une \u00e9vidence, alors que pour d&rsquo;autres brasseurs, ce n&rsquo;est souvent qu&rsquo;un aspect secondaire. Avec Thrive, nous ne ferons jamais de bi\u00e8re avec de l&rsquo;alcool&nbsp;\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En quoi Thrive est-elle unique ? \u00ab&nbsp;L&rsquo;id\u00e9e d&rsquo;une bi\u00e8re contenant des prot\u00e9ines a d\u00e9j\u00e0 fait des \u00e9mules, mais sa mise en \u0153uvre n&rsquo;est pas si \u00e9vidente. \u00c0 tel point que nous pouvons m\u00eame la breveter. De m\u00eame, il n&rsquo;existe pas encore sur le march\u00e9 de bi\u00e8re contenant une quantit\u00e9 importante de vitamines.&nbsp;\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Marketing de contenu num\u00e9rique<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>En peu de temps, Thrive a r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper une notori\u00e9t\u00e9 consid\u00e9rable aupr\u00e8s des amateurs de sport. La marque mise sur le marketing de contenu sur les m\u00e9dias num\u00e9riques, en collaboration avec des athl\u00e8tes agissant en tant qu&rsquo;ambassadeurs. Un grand nom, par exemple, est le triathl\u00e8te allemand Jan Frodeno, triple vainqueur du championnat du monde Iron Man \u00e0 Hawa\u00ef. Il est non seulement ambassadeur, mais aussi investisseur. Parmi les autres noms, citons le champion du monde de bouldering (escalade libre) Michael Mawem, l&rsquo;ancien cycliste professionnel Bert De Backer et Naomi Van Den Broeck des Cheetahs belges&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aujourd&rsquo;hui, la marque est d\u00e9j\u00e0 bien distribu\u00e9e en Belgique : vous pouvez trouver Thrive chez Colruyt, Albert Heijn et dans quelques supermarch\u00e9s Delhaize. Decathlon vend \u00e9galement la bi\u00e8re sportive. Carrefour est en train de la lancer. \u00ab&nbsp;Notre propre boutique en ligne B2C repr\u00e9sente encore environ 30 % de notre chiffre d&rsquo;affaires. La vente au d\u00e9tail repr\u00e9sente 50 %, les 20 % restants \u00e9tant consacr\u00e9s au catering : cantines sportives, salles d&rsquo;escalade, clubs de tennis&#8230; En Belgique, nous sommes omnicanaux, mais en dehors de la Belgique, nous sommes presque exclusivement en ligne.
