Au cours des quatre prochaines ann\u00e9es, les donn\u00e9es, l&rsquo;omni-canal et les produits sous marque de distributeur constitueront la base d&rsquo;une croissance annuelle de 4 %.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">30 millions d&rsquo;utilisateurs en ligne<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Le nouveau plan strat\u00e9gique d&rsquo;Ahold Delhaize ne pr\u00e9voit pas de grands bouleversements, mais plut\u00f4t un affinement du chemin \u00e0 parcourir. Entre 2025 et 2028, le groupe de supermarch\u00e9s veut continuer \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser une croissance annuelle de 4 % de son chiffre d&rsquo;affaires net, autant que sa marge d&rsquo;exploitation cible. Comment y parvenir ? Principalement gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 un total de 5 milliards d&rsquo;euros d&rsquo;\u00e9conomies, 3 milliards d&rsquo;euros provenant de nouvelles sources de revenus et 30 millions d&rsquo;utilisateurs mensuels en ligne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le PDG Frans Muller ne place pas le client au centre de la nouvelle strat\u00e9gie, mais opte d\u00e9lib\u00e9r\u00e9ment pour une \u00ab approche multipartite \u00bb. Ahold Delhaize mise donc sur les applications de fid\u00e9lisation, le contenu num\u00e9rique et plus de 80 % des ventes r\u00e9alis\u00e9es avec sa carte de fid\u00e9lit\u00e9 (num\u00e9rique).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En effet, les donn\u00e9es des cartes de fid\u00e9lit\u00e9 sont essentielles pour les \u00ab flux de revenus suppl\u00e9mentaires \u00bb qu&rsquo;Ahold Delhaize souhaite porter \u00e0 environ 3 milliards d&rsquo;euros d&rsquo;ici 2028. Les Zaandamiens veulent commercialiser les m\u00e9dias et les donn\u00e9es du commerce de d\u00e9tail et d\u00e9velopper de nouveaux mod\u00e8les commerciaux, \u00e0 la fois B2B et B2C.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Renouv\u00e8lement aux \u00c9tats-Unis<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans les magasins, les marques propres devraient repr\u00e9senter 45 % &#8211; non pas de l&rsquo;assortiment total, mais de l&rsquo;ensemble des ventes du magasin. Le groupe de supermarch\u00e9s comprend que la perception des prix doit s&rsquo;am\u00e9liorer en m\u00eame temps. En interne, Ahold Delhaize continue donc \u00e0 faire des \u00e9conomies : entre 2025 et 2028, le groupe veut nettoyer 5 milliards d&rsquo;euros gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l&rsquo;approvisionnement conjoint, \u00e0 l&rsquo;IA et \u00e0 l&rsquo;automatisation, mais aussi en \u00ab simplifiant le mod\u00e8le d&rsquo;entreprise \u00bb &#8211; en d&rsquo;autres termes, en se restructurant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00ab L&rsquo;excellence du portefeuille est un \u00e9l\u00e9ment cl\u00e9 du plan renouvel\u00e9, \u00bb a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 Muller, faisant allusion \u00e0 la fois aux acquisitions et aux d\u00e9sinvestissements. Aux \u00c9tats-Unis, l&rsquo;accent est mis sur <strong>Food Lion<\/strong> et <strong>Hannaford<\/strong>, tandis que <strong>Stop &amp; Shop<\/strong> sera \u00e9galement r\u00e9vitalis\u00e9. Un millier de magasins seront remodel\u00e9s, en plus de l&rsquo;ouverture de nouveaux supermarch\u00e9s.
