Het geld van de obligatie komt dus goed van pas om te kunnen concurreren met de grote spelers. Eerder had Illycaff\u00e8 het plan bekeken om naar de beurs te trekken, maar dat idee wordt nu overboord gegooid.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;We zijn een familiebedrijf en <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ft.com\/intl\/cms\/s\/0\/dbd24eb2-3908-11e5-8613-07d16aad2152.html?siteedition=intl#axzz3hkiwMjKf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">we willen daarom twee zaken beschermen<\/a>. Ten eerste de droom van onze oprichter om de beste koffie in de wereld te verkopen en ten tweede onze naam. Dat vraagt een visie op lange termijn, die niet kan behaald worden met kijken naar kwartaalresultaten&#8221;, zegt CEO Andrea Illy.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Illycaff\u00e8 haalde in 2014 een omzetstijging van 4,5% naar 391 miljoen euro. Het bedrijf wil de komende tien jaar zijn omzet verdubbelen en heeft plannen om wereldwijd 600 verkooppunten te openen.
