Personalisering leidt tot hogere gemiddelde bestedingen en aankoopfrequenties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Terugkerende klanten<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Nieuwe klanten aantrekken kost vijf keer zoveel als bestaande klanten overtuigen om wat meer of wat vaker te kopen. Zogenaamde &#8216;<em>first party data<\/em>&#8216;, de gegevens die je haalt uit getrouwheids- of lidmaatschapsprogramma\u2019s, zijn dan ook het nieuwe goud, terwijl &#8216;<em>third party cookies<\/em>&#8216; dreigen te verdwijnen. \u201cDie data helpt retailers de klantvoorkeuren te begrijpen: koopt deze klant eerder casual of meer formele mode? Dan kan je de e-mails, de whatsapp-berichten en de online beleving aanpassen aan de voorkeuren van die klant\u201d, zegt marketingmanager Stefan Westman van Voyado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En dat loont: \u201cWe zien dat bij klanten met een lidmaatschap het gemiddelde ticket hoger is, net als de aankoopfrequentie. De tijd tussen de tweede en de derde aankoop, of tussen de derde en de vierde, wordt steeds korter. Dat is wat je als retailer wil: trouwe klanten die terugkeren omdat ze je producten en de beleving waarderen.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Online en offline connecteren<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Uniek aan de benadering van Voyado is het zicht op de volledige klantreis, online \u00e9n in de winkels. \u201cEen voorbeeld: een klant komt in de winkel, de verkoper ziet op basis van de klantenkaart de recente aankopen en vraagt dan \u2018de schoenen die je drie maand geleden online kocht, bevallen ze je? Heb je misschien schoensmeer nodig om ze in topvorm te houden?\u2019 Zo connecteer je de online beleving met de winkelbeleving. Dat kunnen we goed.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In de Scandinavische landen staan retailers hierin al verder, maar de aanpak komt nu meer en meer naar de Benelux. De kunst is uiteraard de goedkeuring krijgen van je klanten om met hen te communiceren. Je zal hen aantrekkelijke voordelen moeten aanbieden, in ruil voor hun data. Denk aan uitnodigingen voor evenementen, VIP-behandeling, kortingen\u2026 Als premiummerk zal je wellicht minder werken met kortingen, en meer op de emotionele zijde, de merkwaarde, de lifestyle. In andere sectoren ga je misschien meer inzetten op <em>gamification<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Getrouwheidsmechanismen<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Voorlopers in deze materie zijn retailers in mode en cosmetica. \u201cWij zijn succesvol in mode, sport, outdoor, design, sieraden en accessoires, maar ook in doe-het-zelf. We werken alleen niet echt voor de foodsector. De wekelijkse boodschappen doen is toch een heel andere beleving dan een mode-aankoop\u201d, zegt Westman.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Op de Retail Marketing Day, op 19&nbsp;september in Antwerpen, komt CRM-expert Judith de Haas vertellen hoe ze aan de slag gaat met klantdata voor moderetailers <strong>State of Art<\/strong> en <strong>Summum<\/strong>. \u201cWe gaan enkele resultaten en loyalty-inzichten delen: wat gebeurt er in de markt? Hoe gaan merken hiermee om? Hoe bouw je communities en terugkerende klanten?
