Het was al het <a href=\"nl\/belgie\/algemeen\/item\/23357-wordline-op-het-matje-geroepen-bij-kris-peeters\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">derde probleem in 2,5 jaar tijd<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Na overleg met de federaties heeft Worldline nu beslist om enerzijds een commerci\u00eble geste te verlenen aan de getroffen handelaars \u2013 die zullen gedurende twee weken (van 15 tot 28 oktober 2015) geen transactiekosten moeten betalen voor nationale debetverrichtingen, met een maximum van 400 transacties \u2013 en anderzijds een protocol uit te werken. Dat bevat de concrete acties die Worldline genomen heeft om de dienstverlening te verbeteren.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Ik wil bij deze <a href=\"http:\/\/be.worldline.com\/nl-be\/home\/media-center\/press-releases\/2015\/pr-2015_10_29_01.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">nogmaals mijn verontschuldigingen aanbieden aan onze klanten<\/a>, aan onze partners en aan het bedrijf Bancontact MisterCash Company, dat helaas te vaak werd geassocieerd met fouten, die aan ons lagen en waarvoor zij natuurlijk niet verantwoordelijk konden worden geacht&#8221;, besluit Willy Walraeve, CEO van Worldline Benelux.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h2>Zelfstandigenorganisaties tevreden<\/h2>\n<p>&#8220;Of het nu gaat om een panne of een vertraging op het betaalverkeer, de financi\u00eble impact is niet te onderschatten&#8221;, zegt Karel Van Eetvelt van Unizo. &#8220;Dit akkoord garandeert dan ook een financi\u00eble tegemoetkoming voor de getroffen handelaars. Daarnaast verplichten de afgesproken KPI&#8217;s (kritieke prestatie-indicatoren, nvdr.) Worldline om te blijven investeren in dienstverlening. Willen we elektronisch betalen aanmoedigen, dan moeten handelaars te allen tijde kunnen rekenen op een performant systeem en een goede service.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Ook het <a href=\"http:\/\/www.nsz.be\/nl\/nieuws\/detail\/nsz-sleept-bij-worldline-faire-compensaties-uit-de-brand\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">NSZ is tevreden<\/a> dat &#8220;Worldline ermee instemt een commerci\u00eble geste te doen aan de getroffen handelaars en de kans te geven aan handelaars die het meest getroffen zijn om op individuele basis te onderhandelen met Worldline. We stellen ook tevreden vast dat dergelijke onderhandelingen nooit meer zullen gebeuren. Inderdaad, ook wanneer de vooropgestelde objectieven niet worden bereikt, zullen de handelaars automatisch recht hebben op een schadevergoeding, in de vorm van gratis transacties.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Philippe Godfroid van de Franstalige Union des Classes Moyennes is wel wat voorzichtiger: &#8220;UCM is blij dat Worldline bereid is om de dienstverlening te versterken en is de commerci\u00eble geste zeer genegen.
