Een bevraging bij retailers \u00e9n consumenten leverde zes kernstrategie\u00ebn voor de toekomst op.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ongelijk verdeeld<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>De Europese non-foodretailsector heeft de afgelopen vier jaar ingrijpende veranderingen doorgemaakt. Geconfronteerd met een volatiele macro-economische omgeving, verstoringen in de toeleveringsketen en veranderend consumentengedrag, heeft de sector zich moeten aanpassen en herstructureren. Hoewel de groei lijkt te stabiliseren net onder het niveau van v\u00f3\u00f3r de coronapandemie, zijn de verschillen in hersteltempo tussen categorie\u00ebn en landen aanzienlijk.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ook tussen de branches zijn de verschillen groot. Huisdierverzorging presteert in alle onderzochte markten bijvoorbeeld beter dan in&nbsp;2019, en de vraag naar schoonheids- en persoonlijke verzorgingsproducten blijft naar verwachting met&nbsp;2% per jaar toenemen. Andere segmenten, zoals meubels en doe-het-zelfproducten, blijven achter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ontrouwe consumenten<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Uit het rapport \u2018State of Retail 2024\u2019, waarbij meer dan 15.000&nbsp;Europeanen werden ondervraagd, blijkt dat consumentengedrag de sector in toenemende mate vormgeeft.
