Voor&nbsp;2025 verwacht de multinational maar een beperkte verbetering van de vraag.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Vraag aanwakkeren<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Spaarzame Amerikaanse consumenten, die minder geld uitgeven aan frisdranken en snacks, duwden de omzet van PepsiCo licht naar beneden in het vierde kwartaal van 2024. In Europa en Latijns-Amerika namen de verkopen wel toe. De nettowinst groeide fors, met&nbsp;17% in het vierde kwartaal, maar dat was vooral als gevolg van een gunstige vergelijkingsbasis omdat de fabrikant in&nbsp;2023 met een grote terugroepingsactie werd geconfronteerd in Noord-Amerika. Over het volledige jaar steeg de omzet met&nbsp;0,4% en de winst met&nbsp;9%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cOnze activiteiten bleven veerkrachtig in&nbsp;2024\u201d, zegt CEO Ramon Laguarta, die verwijst naar \u201cbedrijfsverstoringen door geopolitieke spanningen in bepaalde internationale markten.\u201d Het bedrijf wil shoppers terugwinnen met goedkopere multipacks en miniblikjes en gaat de vraag aanwakkeren door bestaande producten te herzien en nieuwe producten, zoals &#8220;etnisch ge\u00efnspireerde&#8221; smaken, te introduceren.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>De groei lijkt stil te vallen bij PepsiCo: vooral in Amerika beknibbelen consumenten op niet-essenti\u00eble uitgaven.
