Tijdens de Retail Marketing Day vertelt <em>country manager<\/em> Benelux Erwin Rutten hoe de Duitse retailer zonder veel traditionele marketing toch stevig groeit in de Belgische en Nederlandse markt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Liever gericht dan massaal<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Takko Fashion behaalde een recordomzet van 1,3&nbsp;miljard euro in het boekjaar&nbsp;2024\/2025 en plant niet minder dan 300&nbsp;winkelopeningen tegen eind&nbsp;2028: een opmerkelijke prestatie voor een kledingdiscounter die in Belgi\u00eb nog geen landelijke naamsbekendheid heeft. De retailer vertrouwt op een digitale marketingstrategie om met zijn klanten te communiceren, naast een sterke aanwezigheid in lokale winkels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zonder massale reclamecampagnes slaagt Takko&nbsp;Fashion erin om klanten aan zich te binden, vertelt Rutten: &#8220;We concentreren ons op lokale zichtbaarheid en klantenbinding. In onze reclamecampagnes richten we ons op speciale actieperiodes en we zijn in die periodes extra aanwezig voor onze klanten. Onze belangrijkste focus? Een onverslaanbare prijs-kwaliteitsverhouding en een gerichte, lokale aanpak via digitale <em>touchpoints<\/em> en onze eigen kanalen. Dit maakt ons flexibeler, duurzamer en stelt ons in staat om elke week spannende aanbiedingen en promoties aan te bieden in onze winkels, op de Takko Friends-app en in onze onlineshop.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Fysieke uitbreiding als basis<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>In tegenstelling tot veel retailers investeert Takko Fashion zeer actief in winkeluitbreiding. In Nederland staat de teller dit jaar op 120&nbsp;winkels, in Belgi\u00eb staan er inmiddels 26 op de kaart. De komende jaren ziet Takko&nbsp;Fashion potentieel voor vijf tot tien nieuwe winkels per jaar in Belgi\u00eb, in de regio Vlaanderen, en vijftien tot twintig winkels per jaar in Nederland.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De winkels zelf blijven immers het belangrijkste marketinginstrument. &#8220;Als je woont waar we zijn, dan ken je ons. Als we niet in je buurt zijn, dan kennen misschien minder mensen ons op dit moment. Dus zorgen we ervoor dat we lokaal zichtbaar en aantrekkelijk zijn. De winkel is onze etalage en beleving. We openen niet alleen nieuwe winkels, maar knappen ook bestaande winkels op volgens ons nieuwste concept: inspirerende winkels met een duidelijke klantenreis en een modern winkeldesign.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Elk klant een Takko Friend<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Takko Fashion heeft een online winkel in vijf landen, waaronder Nederland. In Belgi\u00eb is het nog toekomstmuziek. \u201cOmdat 50% van onze online klanten kiest voor afhalen in de winkel, werkt e-commerce het beste als er een fijnmazig winkelnetwerk is\u201d, legt Rutten uit. \u201cAls de dichtstbijzijnde winkel meer dan 20&nbsp;minuten rijden is, haken mensen af.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Naast POS-marketing in de lokale winkels wordt het CRM-programma een centrale spil van de marketingstrategie. Eerder lanceerde Takko&nbsp;Fashion in 2022 en 2023 in Duitsland, Oostenrijk en Nederland de loyalty-app &#8216;Takko Friends&#8217;, waarin klanten punten sparen, voorkeuren aangeven en gepersonaliseerde aanbiedingen ontvangen. \u201cVanaf dit najaar komt daar Belgi\u00eb bij\u201d, bevestigt Rutten. \u201cWe willen dat elke klant onze app gebruikt.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De app fungeert niet alleen als klantenkaart, maar vormt ook de basis voor datagedreven marketing. &#8220;Nu is onze communicatie nog vrij algemeen, maar de ambitie is om dat sterk te personaliseren, op basis van aankoopgedrag.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Inspiratie in plaats van fast-fashion<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Rutten benadrukt dat Takko Fashion geen fast-fashion is: &#8220;Wij bieden kwaliteitsmode tegen discountprijzen in een inspirerende winkelomgeving. Met outfits op paspoppen, accessoires, heldere prijscommunicatie en persoonlijke service. Takko&nbsp;Fashion heeft daarmee een unieke positie en combinatie van prijs en winkelsfeer.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Winkelmedewerkers spelen ook een sleutelrol in het klantcontact. &#8220;Wij noemen dat &#8216;slimme service&#8217;. Geen styling van A tot Z, maar hulp waar nodig: bijvoorbeeld bij het uitleggen van promoties, het installeren van de app of het vinden van de juiste maat. Ze zijn cruciaal voor zowel klantbeleving als klantenbinding.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">De kracht van nabijheid<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Volgens Rutten is het succes van Takko&nbsp;Fashion te danken aan die unieke propositie voor het hele gezin. De kracht ligt in de lokale nabijheid dankzij de sterke stenen business. Takko&nbsp;Fashion breidt zijn aanwezigheid in retailparken en winkelcentra verder uit en plant ook een strategische uitbreiding in stadscentra om zijn productassortiment voor nog meer klanten toegankelijk te maken. In Belgi\u00eb bijvoorbeeld concentreert de expansie zich voorlopig op kleinere steden, grotere dorpscentra en toeristische locaties in Vlaanderen. De winkels vari\u00ebren van 400&nbsp;tot&nbsp;450&nbsp;m\u00b2, hoewel grotere vestigingen op retailparken mogelijk zijn.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cWe hebben echter geleerd dat ons nieuwe winkelconcept ook succesvol is in stadscentra. Daarom zullen we in de toekomst uitbreiden naar locaties in stadscentra en het bestaande portfolio op deze locaties aanvullen met ons Quality Discount Concept\u201d, aldus de country manager.
