Daarnaast heeft het nog enkele andere veranderingen doorgevoerd, die noodzakelijk waren om de mobiele ervaring te verbeteren.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><!--break--><\/p>\n<h2>&#8216;Mobile snacking&#8217;<\/h2>\n<p>Volgens Anshuman Tenaja, hoofd van digital product management bij Abercrombie &amp; Fitch hebben mobiele shoppers minder tijd en dus moeten ze sneller kunnen zien wat er belangrijk is op een pagina. Daarvoor gebruikt het merk bepaalde kleuren, die volgens de wetenschap consumenten onbewust sneller beslissingen laten nemen. Dat schrijft Mobile Commerce Daily.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Ook op andere manieren wil Tenaja <a href=\"http:\/\/www.mobilecommercedaily.com\/how-abercrombie-fitch-optimized-small-screen-buying-with-urgency-calls-to-action\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ervoor zorgen dat klanten sneller een aankoop plaatsen<\/a>. Zo heeft elke productpagina een grote \u2018add to bag\u2019-knop, die bepaalde consumenten zal aanzetten om sneller te beslissen. Die knop is natuurlijk ook in een kleur die de drang om te beslissen nog groter maakt.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Abercrombie &amp; Fitch heeft daarenboven onderzoek gedaan naar de manier waarop een product moet getoond worden. Op mobiele toestellen zijn de schermen immers kleiner en dus moeten de afbeeldingen zo goed mogelijk het product weergeven. Belangrijk daarbij is om een zo gestroomlijnd mogelijke ervaring aan te bieden.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Daarnaast wil het modebedrijf ook \u2018mobile snacking\u2019 mogelijk maken. Daarbij kunnen bezoekers van de app of de mobiele site snel items toevoegen aan een verlanglijstje, zonder dat ze daarom al een aankoop moeten plaatsen. Tenaja zegt geen probleem te hebben met dat snacken, omdat het later ook tot een aankoop kan leiden.
