Het modeplatform wil de verkoop aan consumenten verder boosten met een volledig gepersonaliseerd AI-startscherm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Recordaantal klanten<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Het brutoverkoopvolume klom met&nbsp;5% tot 4,1&nbsp;miljard euro, terwijl de omzet met&nbsp;7,3% groeide naar 2,8&nbsp;miljard euro. De aangepaste EBIT steeg naar 186&nbsp;miljoen euro, een stijging ten opzichte van de 172&nbsp;miljoen euro vorig jaar. De winstmarge bleef stabiel op&nbsp;6,5%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In het B2C-segment steeg het aantal actieve klanten met&nbsp;6,1% tot een recordhoogte van 52,9&nbsp;miljoen. De consumentenomzet klom zo met&nbsp;6,8% tot 2,6&nbsp;miljard euro, goed voor een aangepaste EBIT van 174&nbsp;miljoen euro &#8211; 9&nbsp;miljoen euro meer dan een jaar eerder.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Klantreis start met AI<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Deze week rolt Zalando een nieuwe AI-gedreven &#8220;discovery feed&#8221; uit. Die vervangt het traditionele startscherm in de app en biedt gebruikers <a href=\"https:\/\/www.retaildetail.be\/nl\/news\/mode\/zalando-e-commerce-is-amper-geevolueerd-tot-nu-met-ai\/\">een gepersonaliseerde stroom aan content<\/a>, waaronder productaanbevelingen, <em>lifestyleborden<\/em>, livestream shopping en campagnes van merken en influencers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Volgens het bedrijf ondersteunt deze stap niet alleen de klantbeleving, maar ook de advertentie-inkomsten: voor merkpartners zijn er zo nieuwe reclamemogelijkheden. De feed wordt in eerste instantie gelanceerd in zes markten, waarna een gefaseerde uitrol volgt. De inkomsten uit marketingdiensten stegen in de eerste jaarhelft al met liefst&nbsp;45%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Nieuwe Shopify-integratie<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Binnen het B2B-segment (waarbij Zalando zijn fulfilmentnetwerk en software aanbiedt aan externe partijen) groeide de omzet met&nbsp;12,2% naar 262&nbsp;miljoen euro. De aangepaste EBIT bedroeg 11&nbsp;miljoen euro, met een margeverbetering van 1,3&nbsp;procentpunt tot&nbsp;4,3%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Een belangrijke innovatie is de lancering van een <strong>Shopify<\/strong>-applicatie waarmee duizenden Shopify-webshops gebruik kunnen maken van Zalando\u2019s fulfilmentdiensten. Op 11&nbsp;juli rondde Zalando ook de overname af van rivaal <strong>About You<\/strong>. De EBIT-synergi\u00ebn uit de fusie worden geschat op honderd miljoen euro per jaar vanaf&nbsp;2029, maar beide platformen zullen volgens Zalando wel hun eigen identiteit behouden.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Zalando zag zowel zijn omzet als zijn winst in het tweede kwartaal stijgen.
