Carrefour reageerde aanvankelijk met meer acties, extra pagina\u2019s en een verhoogd aantal folders. Die versnelling legde zware druk op de teams en leidde tot fouten in de folderproductie. Daarom startte de retailer samen met AddRetail een transformatietraject, gericht op structurele verbeteringen in processen en samenwerking. Door aankoop, <em>sales development<\/em> en marketing dichter bij elkaar te brengen, werden spanningen weggenomen, samenwerking versterkt en de basis gelegd voor automatisatie en snellere besluitvorming.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De resultaten zijn intussen zichtbaar: sinds maart komt de folder <a href=\"https:\/\/www.retaildetail.be\/nl\/news\/food\/compactere-folder-en-nieuwe-app-voor-carrefour\/\">in een compacter formaat met minder pagina\u2019s, maar sterkere promoties<\/a>, en wordt hij naar meer klanten verstuurd. Tegelijk investeert de retailer in meer gerichte digitale communicatie. Op de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.retaildetail.be\/nl\/retail-events\/retail-marketing-day-2025\/\">Retail Marketing Day<\/a> van RetailDetail, op 25&nbsp;september in Antwerpen, komen beide bedrijven toelichten hoe moedige keuzes en organisatorische vernieuwing een retailer voorbereiden op de toekomst.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Nieuwe koers<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Voor Carrefour Belgi\u00eb neemt Dave Froidcoeur het woord. Hij werkt al meer dan twintig jaar bij het bedrijf: hij startte in de winkels en groeide door naar het hoofdkantoor, waar hij vandaag <em>Operational Customer Marketing Director<\/em> is. Met zijn team is hij onder andere verantwoordelijk voor de creatie, productie en distributie van de folders en promoties van Carrefour, waardoor hij strategische marketing combineert met een sterke voeling voor de operationele realiteit in retail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jeroen Huys spreekt voor AddRetail. Hij bouwde meer dan 25&nbsp;jaar praktijkervaring op in leidinggevende rollen binnen snelgroeiende omgevingen. Vandaag begeleidt hij veranderingen binnen organisaties met focus op het verbinden van strategie met mensen, cultuur en samenwerking, zodat transities gedragen en duurzaam worden. Voor AddRetail leidde hij de vernieuwing van de samenwerking rond promoties bij Carrefour, waarbij hij teams en stakeholders samenbracht rond een nieuwe koers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De Retail Marketing Day van RetailDetail vindt plaats op 25&nbsp;september in Antwerpen.
