Wat een zekerheid blijft, is dat retailers hun fysieke commerci\u00eble ruimte als een strategisch instrument in de dialoog met hun klanten kunnen gebruiken.<\/p>\n<p>\nMet respect voor het omni- en multichannel gebeuren in retail beklemtonen deze masterclasses de mogelijkheden van de fysieke winkel. Onderzoek toont dat een doorgedreven en consequent samenspel van de verschillende ruimtelijke en zintuigelijke instrumenten in de winkelinrichting vandaag en morgen het verschil kunnen maken.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Deze onderzoeksinzichten brengen we samen met de expertise van ervaren retailers, designers en marketeers.
