Hij zegt geschrokken te zijn van de impact die een kleine minderheid kan hebben op het totaalbeeld van een bedrijf.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIn totaal hebben 140 van de 75.000 klanten (in de Benelux, n.v.d.r.) geklaagd. Op sociale media is de boodschap snel verspreid. Daar heb je geen controle over. <a href=\"http:\/\/fd.nl\/ondernemen\/1153232\/strong-hellofresh-oprichter-dominik-richter-heeft-zijn-les-geleerd-strong\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Een kleine minderheid kan tot veel opschudding leiden<\/a>\u201d, zegt hij aan het FD.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h2>Eigen richting kiezen<\/h2>\n<p>Daarnaast zegt hij ook dat jonge ondernemers niet te veel moeten kijken naar de succesverhalen van andere bedrijven of rekening moeten houden met hypes. Soms moet een ondernemer immers gewoon zijn eigen richting kiezen.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u201cKijk naar Facebook: vier jaar geleden waren er veel vragen bij de introductie van advertenties. Gebruikers zouden weglopen en Facebook zou er geen geld aan kunnen verdienen. Nu is Facebook een van de grootste advertentienetwerken. Houd dat in je achterhoofd als je een beslissing maakt.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Ook mag een ondernemer niet altijd het snelle succes verwachten. Niet elke start-up kent na enkele jaren al succes en dan kan het lastig zijn om gemotiveerd te blijven. \u201cJe doet er geen drie jaar over, maar misschien wel twintig.
