Uitbaters spreken van structurele logistieke problemen en kelderende rendabiliteit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">&#8220;Logistiek geraakt niet onder controle&#8221;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Toen Intermarch\u00e9 in maart 2022 de Mestdagh-groep binnenhaalde \u2013 87 winkels, een centrale en een distributiecentrum \u2013 noemde de keten dat een \u201cgouden deal\u201d die de aanwezigheid in Walloni\u00eb in \u00e9\u00e9n klap zou verdubbelen. Maar vandaag, twee jaar na de volledige integratie, klagen franchisenemers in Le Soir en L\u2019Echo over aanhoudende groeipijnen. Meerdere uitbaters, die anoniem blijven om contractuele redenen, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lesoir.be\/713429\/article\/2025-11-27\/quelque-chose-ne-tourne-pas-rond-des-franchises-intermarche-tirent-la-sonnette\">zeggen dat hun bedrijf \u201cin zwaar weer\u201d zit<\/a>. Ze uiten bezorgdheid over zowel hun brutomarge als de operationele continu\u00efteit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Advocaat Pierre Demolin, die een twintigtal winkels bijstaat, verwoordt het scherp: \u201cWe zitten met een franchisegever die zijn logistiek niet onder controle krijgt en zijn verantwoordelijkheid ontkent.\u201d Zo zouden er regelmatig problemen zijn met de leveringen, waaronder fouten, ontbrekende goederen en slecht gecommuniceerde leveringsschema\u2019s. Volgens de franchisenemers versterkt het uniforme promotie- en prijsbeleid van Intermarch\u00e9 het probleem: het houdt onvoldoende rekening met lokale marktdynamiek, winkelgrootte en koopkracht.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">&#8220;Normaal dat het tijd vraagt&#8221;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>De <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lecho.be\/entreprises\/grande-distribution\/intermarche-fait-face-a-la-fronde-d-une-partie-de-ses-franchises\/10637287.html\">financi\u00eble druk neemt ondertussen toe<\/a>. Voormalige Mestdagh-winkels moesten vaak voor meer dan een miljoen euro investeren in hun make-over naar Intermarch\u00e9. Maar de beloofde omzetgroei blijft uit, zeggen de uitbaters. \u201cBijna twee derde van het netwerk draait verlies. Wanneer de omzet stijgt maar de rentabiliteit wegvalt, dan klopt er iets niet&#8221;, aldus advocaat Demolin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Intermarch\u00e9 weerlegt de kritiek en ontkent dat er sprake is van een structureel probleem. De keten groeide in 2024 met 11% omzet tot 1,89 miljard euro. Het netwerk telt 159 winkels, en de marktaandelen \u2013 circa 5% nationaal en 12% in het zuiden \u2013 bereikten in oktober een record. Volgens de woordvoerder zijn de problemen deels te wijten aan de slechte financi\u00eble gezondheid van Mestdagh v\u00f3\u00f3r de overname.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cDit is een grote transformatie. Het is normaal dat ze tijd vraagt. We zouden nooit zulke omzetgroei halen als onze rekken leeg waren of onze strategie niet werkte&#8221;, aldus de woordvoerder. De 70 historische Intermarch\u00e9-winkels boekten in 2024 samen 5,8 miljoen euro winst voor belasting, berekende Le Soir.
