Dat blijkt uit onderzoek van Rank a Brand.<\/p>\n<p><!--break--><\/p>\n<h2>Slechts 5 geslaagd, 9 om links te laten liggen<\/h2>\n<p>Voor het onderzoek is gekeken naar de prestaties van de cosmeticamerken op 26 punten binnen de thema\u2019s klimaat, milieu, dierenwelzijn, gezondheid en arbeidsomstandigheden. De prestaties van de cosmeticasector als geheel zijn niet bepaald positief: van de 30 onderzochte merken halen er <a href=\"http:\/\/blog.rankabrand.nl\/2016\/06\/duurzaamheid-cosmetica-verdient-geen-schoonheidsprijs\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">slechts vijf de helft van de punten<\/a>: <strong>Weleda, Dr. Hauschka, Logona, Sante <\/strong>en <strong>Botanique<\/strong>, stuk voor stuk biologische merken.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Van de resterende 25 komen er liefst 22 niet verder dan een score van 30%. Van deze 22 krijgen negen zelfs het laagst mogelijke label, het E-label, wat betekent dat de verantwoordelijke consument deze merken voorlopig beter links kan laten liggen. Deze negen merken zijn <strong>Aveda, Biodermal, Kruidvat, Est\u00e9e Lauder, HEMA, MAC, Rituals, De Tuinen <\/strong>en <strong>Rimmel<\/strong>. Opvallend: zelfs merken die het moeten hebben van hun \u201cnatuurlijke\u201d imago \u2011 zoals <strong>The Body Shop<\/strong> en <strong>Yves Rocher <\/strong>\u2011 hebben nog flink wat ruimte voor verbetering.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEen positief punt is dat alle merken al een beleid laten zien om hun CO2-uitstoot te verlagen. Daar staat helaas tegenover dat dit beleid ook veelal alles is wat de merken laten zien op dit vlak\u201d, klinkt het bij Rank a Brand.
