Met onder meer een vernieuwde creatieve stijl en campagnes wil de retailer positiviteit, warmte, lef en kwaliteit meer aanwezig maken. \u201cJumbo zit in een nieuwe fase en daar past ook een aanscherping van de merkcommunicatie bij. We gaan onze klanten nog beter uitleggen waar Jumbo voor staat en wat je van ons kunt verwachten als supermarkt\u201d, zegt H\u00f8jer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cJumbo is bekend geworden als merk dat warm, sociaal en gezellig is en waar in service vaker JA dan nee wordt gezegd. Een positieve mentaliteit waar in deze tijd meer dan ooit behoefte aan is,\u201d aldus marketingdirecteur ad interim Ren\u00e9 Repko. De vernieuwing is de aanzet tot toekomstige ontwikkelingen op de winkelvloer en online die klanten opnieuw gaan verrassen en blij maken, zegt hij.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7 Zekerheden krijgen update<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Scherpe prijzen maakt Jumbo voortaan herkenbaar aan het nieuwe label Goedkoopjes voor honderden laaggeprijsde huismerkproducten, zoals melk, toiletpapier en brood. Aanvullend gaat Jumbo meer aanbiedingen bieden. Ook het assortiment wordt verder uitgebreid, met lokale producten uit de buurt en met innovaties uit de eigen verskeukens. Daarnaast kunnen klanten nog meer service verwachten van de medewerkers die het \u00e9chte verschil maken. \u201cDaar gaan we nog meer aandacht aan besteden, onder andere door later dit jaar onze 7 Zekerheden een update te geven,\u201d aldus nog H\u00f8jer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De eerste zichtbare veranderingen in creatieve stijl zijn vanaf vandaag al te zien: te beginnen met de herkenbare Jumbo smile op alle vrachtwagens en winkeldeuren. Ook commercials, folders en andere klantcommunicatie krijgen een nieuwe stijl. \u201cDaarnaast lanceren we inspiratiemagazine Jumm (zowel in print als digitaal) om een groot podium te geven aan bijzonder assortiment en lekkere recepten,\u201d vertelt Repko.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ook neemt Jumbo afscheid van Maike Meijer, Frank Lammers en de andere gezinskarakters die 13 jaar lang de gezichten waren in commercials van de supermarktketen. Het nieuwe gezicht is zanger en entertainer Rob Kemps, onder andere bekend van de carnavalsact Snollebollekes, die de hoofdrol krijgt in een nieuwe reeks commercials over \u201cde blijste klant van
