Diensten worden volgens hen steeds meer gemeengoed, dus moeten bedrijven zich zelfs binnen hun service differenti\u00ebren. Dat moeten ze doen door memorabele belevenissen voor hun klanten te orkestreren, waarbij de herinnering en de ervaring het eigenlijke product wordt. Sindsdien is de term in zwang, maar pas nu lijkt bij retailers echt door te dringen wat het belang van die ervaring is. En dan zeker de zintuiglijke ervaring.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>In het kader van het RetailDetail Congres wil het seminarie \u2018Sensitieve Marketing\u2019 de kracht van elk zintuig \u00e9\u00e9n voor \u00e9\u00e9n blootleggen en specialisten in elk vakgebied laten uitleggen hoe die zintuigen best aan te spreken op de winkelvloer. Zo zal Philips bewijzen hoe verlichting werkelijk een strategische keuze hoort te zijn aan de hand van het onderzoek van professor Malaika Brengman, die aan de VUB de Philips-leerstoel voor Marketing en consumentengedrag bekleedt. Verder zullen ook Bruno Hanck\u00e9 (ThisPlays2), Luc Campo (Retail Office) en Alain Manders (Square Melon) de zintuigelijke winkelervaring helpen optimaliseren.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Vlerickprofessor Gino Van Ossel geeft tijdens Sensitieve Marketing bovendien een round-up van het onderzoek dat hij al ettelijke jaren voert naar ervaringsmarketing. Daaruit bleek onder meer dat aangepaste achtergrondmuziek, sfeervolle geuren en doelgerichte beeldfragmenten bijzonder sterke, maar nog te vaak vergeten middelen zijn om de consument te prikkelen. Wie de consument een onvergetelijke ervaring wil geven, moet een zintuigelijk totaalpakket bieden, waar zelfs de smaakzin daar een onmiskenbaar deel van uitmaakt.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h2>De belevingsketen<\/h2>\n<p>Daarmee willen de organisatoren van Sensitieve Marketing echter niet gezegd hebben dat de fysieke winkel het enige goede verkoopkanaal is of dat de digitale wereld verwaarloosbaar is ten opzichte van wat de \u2018klassieke\u2019 shop te bieden heeft. Integendeel, om de consumentenervaring optimaal te maken, moeten alle kanalen benut worden.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Sensitieve Marketing wil net benadrukken dat het een en-en-verhaal is: het internet (de pre-store), het mobiele kanaal (to-store) en de gewone winkel (in-store) vormen samen \u00e9\u00e9n belevingsketen.
