Dat blijkt uit een nieuw onderzoeksproject, gebaseerd op literatuuronderzoek en interviews met experts uit de sector.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Datadeling blijft eenrichtingsverkeer<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>De kernconclusie klinkt scherp: de sector heeft geen tekort aan data, maar aan vertrouwen. Bedrijven zien de waarde van samenwerking wel in, maar ze vrezen dat gedeelde informatie tegen hen werkt. Dat blijkt uit een onderzoeksproject van <strong>Vlerick Business School<\/strong> en <strong>Impaqtr <\/strong>over datacollaboratie in de waardeketen van &#8216;consumer goods&#8217;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vandaag loopt datadeling vooral \u00e9\u00e9n kant op: retailers en distributeurs leveren informatie aan fabrikanten, maar krijgen beperkt inzicht terug. Waar samenwerking bestaat, krijgt data vaak een rol in commerci\u00eble onderhandelingen. Alleen in enkele strategische partnerships groeit datadeling uit tot echte gezamenlijke besluitvorming.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Gebrek aan standaarden<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>De studie ziet vier barri\u00e8res: strategisch wantrouwen, GDPR-complexiteit, angst om datasoevereiniteit te verliezen en interne versnippering. Vooral dat laatste kost tijd: bedrijven hebben soms tot een week nodig om ontvangen informatie bruikbaar te maken in hun eigen systemen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De wederzijdse frustratie klinkt scherp in de interviews, bijvoorbeeld: \u201cWe delen data, maar horen nooit wat ze er daadwerkelijk mee hebben gedaan.\u201d Een fabrikant wijst op het gebrek aan standaardisering: \u201cElke retailer deelt op zijn eigen manier&#8230; je moet het handmatig opnieuw formatteren.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Toch is er een duidelijke businesscase: strategische samenwerking kan leiden tot 5% omzetgroei, minder verspilling en betere servicelevelgaranties voor distributeurs. Vooral marktonderzoek blijkt wereldwijd de meest gevraagde dataset, gevolgd door globale trends en categorieprestaties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kwestie van vertrouwen<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>De grootste hefboom ligt volgens de onderzoekers niet in technologie, maar in vertrouwen. Een neutrale derde partij kan de blokkade doorbreken door standaarden, juridische veiligheid en wederkerigheid te organiseren. Want &#8220;op dit moment vertrouwt niemand de andere kant genoeg om als eerste te bewegen.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vooral middelgrote retailers en fabrikanten willen immers vooruit, maar wachten op een veilige omgeving. Zolang data een onderhandelingsmiddel blijft, stokt samenwerking.
