Dat is vooral te danken aan de centrale ligging.<\/p>\n<p><!--break--><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h2>Benelux belangrijke stap in expansie<\/h2>\n<p>Volgens JLL zijn in Amsterdam 78% van een selectie van 200 internationale merken aanwezig, waarmee Amsterdam het het beste doet van alle winkelsteden in de Benelux. In Brussel zijn 71% van die merken aanwezig, Antwerpen haalt de derde plaats met 68%. Volgens het rapport staat Amsterdam op de elfde, Brussel op de twaalfde en Antwerpen op de twintigste plaats van de meest aantrekkelijke winkelbestemmingen in Europa.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Voor heel wat retailers is de Benelux dan ook een belangrijke stap voor de expansie in Europa. Vooral de centrale ligging tussen primaire markten als Londen, Parijs en Berlijn is daarbij een belangrijke troef. \u201cOok de mature markten, de stedelijke bevolkingsgroei en de groei van e-commerce die retailers noopt tot het optimaliseren van hun winkelnetwerk, verhogen voor retailers de aantrekkingskracht van grote steden in de Benelux\u201d, concludeert de vastgoeddienstverlener.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h2>Nog groeimarge in luxe en horeca<\/h2>\n<p>JLL heeft ook het luxesegment en de horeca apart bekeken in zijn rapport. Daaruit blijkt dat de luxemarkt nog heel wat groeimarge heeft in de Benelux, vooral dankzij een groot aantal toeristen uit de Verenigde Staten en Azi\u00eb. De voorbije twee jaar zijn er dan ook steeds meer flagshipstores geopend van luxemerken: ook hier zijn Amsterdam, Antwerpen en Brussel de meest aantrekkelijke markten. Die luxemerken zullen wel de juiste aanpak moeten vinden om ook online hun mannetje te kunnen staan.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Op vlak van horeca valt op dat ook daar steeds meer wordt ingezet op beleving en manieren om de klant langer te boeien. Dat blijkt uit concepten zoals de Markthal in Rotterdam en Mercado in Antwerpen. \u201cEen gevarieerd aanbod van eetgelegenheden in een retailzone houdt de klanten langer ter plaatse en cre\u00ebert een beleving die het pure retailgebeuren overstijgt.
