Dus ken je klant, (her)ken jezelf als brand en bepaal zo welke beleving je dient aan te bieden\u201d, aldus Quartier.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Tijdens het <a href=\"https:\/\/www.retaildetail.be\/nl\/events\/omnichannelcongress2017\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">voorprogramma &#8216;In-store experience&#8217; op het Omnichannel Congress<\/a>\u00a0van RetailDetail zal ze onder andere ingaan op enkele tools die in het retaildesignlab zijn ontwikkeld om de retailer te helpen bij de creatie van een belevingsgerichte winkel.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Carmen Adams, die deel uitmaakt van de Faculteit BEW van de Universiteit Hasselt, zal het dan weer hebben over haar onderzoek naar &#8216;crossmodale correspondences&#8217;. Dat zijn neurologische paden die er tussen onze zintuigen bestaan waardoor het prikkelen van \u00e9\u00e9n zintuig een verwachting kan cre\u00ebren in een ander zintuig.
