Het voorprogramma Marketing op het RetailDetail Congress maakt u wegwijs.<\/p>\n<p><!--break--><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h2>\u201cVerbaas, verras en betrek je klant\u201d<\/h2>\n<p>De consument is tegenwoordig zowel meer als minder dan ooit te bereiken: hij of zij is altijd online en \u2018connected\u2019, wat toelaat om elke stap te volgen als nooit tevoren, maar tegelijk wordt de hedendaagse consument op den duur zelfs immuun voor je boodschap.<\/p>\n<p>\nSportwinkelketen <strong>Perry <\/strong>zet, sinds de keten een doorstart kon maken, daarom extra hard in op \u2018instore experience\u2019 in haar winkels. \u201cVerbaas, verras en betrek je klant\u201d is het motto dat Bote Galema, Sales &amp; Marketing Director bij Perry, daarbij hanteert.<\/p>\n<p>\nDe nieuwe flagshipstore in Amsterdam betekent het startschot van een uniek, innovatief verhaal waarin enkele opvallende aspecten de winkel typeren. Hoe verander je de fysieke winkel in een experience voor je klanten? Hoe dompel je je klant helemaal onder in je merkcultuur en wat is de rol van digitale communicatie in dit verhaal?<\/p>\n<p>\nNa een korte inleiding door Nele Bruers, Instore Experience Specialist bij <strong>DOBIT<\/strong>, deelt Galema op het RetailDetail Congress zijn ervaringen en bevindingen.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h2>Retail als dienst of hospitality?<\/h2>\n<p>Retail en de markt van \u2018consumer packaged goods\u2019 (CPG) veranderen snel, dat zien ze ook bij <strong>Atos<\/strong>. Annick Lemaylleux, vicepresident voor de Global Retail Market bij Atos, komt daarom op het RetailDetail Congress vertellen over de evolutie naar een meer dienstverlenende markt, in retail maar ook in andere sectoren.<\/p>\n<p>\nConsumenten en shoppers gedragen zich anders dan vroeger, meent Lemaylleux. Nieuwe spelers komen de markt binnen, terwijl technologische veranderingen ouderwetse retailers en CPG-spelers tot het uiterste drijven. De scha inhalen wordt moeilijk. Evolueren naar een dienstenmodel kan een uitkomst bieden, zien ze bij Atos.
