Dankzij de focus op zes punten wil het tegen 2020 terug meer dan 5%\u00a0groei halen.<\/p>\n<p><!--break--><\/p>\n<h2>Natuurlijk en biologisch<\/h2>\n<p>Die nieuwe strategie komt er nadat de organische groei van Nestl\u00e9 in 2016 daalde naar 3,2%, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.foodnavigator.com\/Market-Trends\/Six-trends-Nestle-hopes-will-deliver-industry-leading-growth\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">de\u00a0laagste groei in meer dan twintig\u00a0jaar<\/a>. Het Zwitserse bedrijf mikte jaren op een groei van minstens 5% en tegen 2020 wil het die doelstelling terug behalen.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Het eerste punt waar Nestl\u00e9 meer de focus op wil leggen is natuurlijke voeding. Daarbij wil het een nieuwe generatie producten aanbieden op basis van natuurlijke ingredi\u00ebnten, die eenvoudig kunnen getraceerd worden naar hun bron. Daarbij moeten ook de grote merken van Nestl\u00e9 die strategie volgen.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Nauw aansluitend bij die natuurlijke voeding, is de focus op bioproducten:\u00a0die markt groeit binnen Nestl\u00e9 momenteel met 13% per jaar, fors meer dan het marktgemiddelde van 4%. Om daar van te profiteren worden er steeds meer producten met een biolabel toegevoegd aan de grote merken.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h2>Glutenvrij, suikervrij en rijk aan prote\u00efnen<\/h2>\n<p>Nestl\u00e9 wil ook meer gebruik maken van de trend waarbij glutenvrije en lactosevrije producten in opmars zijn. Vooral op vlak van glutenvrije voeding ziet Nestl\u00e9 nog veel mogelijkheden om aan de haal te gaan met marktaandeel van spelers die vrijwel enkel focussen op glutenvrije voeding. Nestl\u00e9 zet daarom sterk in op smaaktesten, om aan te tonen dat hun glutenvrije producten evengoed smaken als traditionele voeding.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Net als de meeste andere voedingsproducenten wil Nestl\u00e9 ook de hoeveelheid suiker in zijn voeding verder verminderen. Omdat veel consumenten geen fan zijn van artifici\u00eble suikers, zegt Nestl\u00e9 een nieuwe soort suiker te hebben ontwikkeld. Die moet dezelfde smaak geven met tot 30% minder suiker. Daarnaast worden er ook producten gelanceerd die minder zoet zijn.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Langs de andere kant wil Nestl\u00e9 net meer producten met toegevoegde prote\u00efnen op de markt brengen.
