De omzet van de groep\u00a0steeg met 5% tot 650 miljoen euro, onder meer dankzij de sterke groei van de eigen webshop.<\/p>\n<p><!--break--><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h2>Investeringen leveren op<\/h2>\n<p>Hugo Boss zette tijdens het eerste kwartaal goede resultaten neer: de modeketen zag haar omzet op groepsniveau toenemen tot 650 miljoen euro, een groei van 5% die het bedrijf op de juiste koers zet om de\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.retaildetail.be\/nl\/news\/mode\/herstructurering-werpt-vruchten-af-bij-hugo-boss\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">verkoops- en winstdoelen voor het verdere jaar<\/a>\u00a0te behalen. In heel wat markten\u00a0blijft het modemerk sterk presteren: Azi\u00eb en het Verenigd Koninkrijk gingen met 12% omhoog en in Noord-en Zuid-Amerika en de Benelux steeg de omzet met 7%. Elders in Europa groeide\u00a0de groep lichtjes, op de Duitse thuismarkt kromp\u00a0de omzet dan weer met 5%.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Topman\u00a0Mark Langer is tevreden: &#8220;Met een omzetstijging van 7% zijn onze eigen Hugo Boss-consignes de drijvende motor van de groei, wat aantoont dat onze nieuwe collecties in de smaak vallen bij onze klanten.&#8221; Voor de online verkoop noteert de modegroep zelfs een groei van 43%, met dank aan de vernieuwde webshop en de betere profilering van de Hugo- en Boss-labels online.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>De operationele winst bedroeg het voorbije kwartaal 99 miljoen euro, een lichte groei\u00a0tegenover dezelfde periode vorig jaar.
