De vakbonden vrezen collectief ontslag via de Wet-Renault.<\/p>\n<p><!--break--><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h2>Collectief ontslag en vervroegde pensioenen?<\/h2>\n<p>De vakbonden worden maandagochtend op het hoofdkantoor van Mestdagh bijeen geroepen voor een bijzondere ondernemingsraad. De supermarktonderneming wil het er hebben over de moeilijkheden bij de foodretailer en de eventuele gevolgen voor de medewerkers, klinkt het in de oproep. Wat de directie precies van plan is, maakt ze dus nog niet bekend. De vakbonden vrezen echter al voor ontslagen, mogelijk zelfs een <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rtbf.be\/info\/belgique\/detail_metdagh-des-travailleurs-inquiets-craignent-la-mise-en-place-d-une-procedure-renault?id=9908354\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">collectieve ontslagronde in het kader van de Wet-Renault<\/a>. Het gerucht doet de ronde dat een heel aantal medewerkers vervroegd met pensioen zullen worden gestuurd.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Als een verrassing komt de aankondiging weliswaar niet: de <a href=\"http:\/\/www.lalibre.be\/economie\/libre-entreprise\/mestdagh-va-reorganiser-ses-magasins-l-emploi-va-t-il-etre-impacte-5aead569cd7028f079c0ed7c\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ondernemingsraad van maandag lag al lang vast<\/a>, maar zou normaal gevolgd worden door een overlegmeeting met de vakbonden, laat Danny Dubois van vakbond CNE weten aan La Libre. Die is nu vervangen door een bijzondere ondernemingsraad.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h2>Al drie jaar overleg rond reorganisatie<\/h2>\n<p>\u201cWe treden al twee \u00e0 drie jaar regelmatig in overleg bij Mestdagh over een arbeidsreorganisatie, om de toekomst van de groep veilig te stellen maar zonder aan het personeel te raken\u201d, aldus Dubois. Zondagopeningen zouden \u00e9\u00e9n van de pistes op tafel zijn.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Groupe Mestdagh heeft 83 Carrefour-supermarkten, waarvan 30 in franchise en is daarmee goed voor 2700 medewerkers en een omzet van zo\u2019n 700 miljoen euro. De groep <a href=\"https:\/\/www.retaildetail.be\/nl\/news\/food\/supermarktgroep-mestdagh-schroeft-verlies-terug\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">sukkelt echter al een tijdlang met de winstgevendheid<\/a>.\u00a0Sinds 1 maart is een nieuwe topman aan het bewind bij Mestdagh, die er precies <a href=\"https:\/\/www.retaildetail.be\/nl\/news\/food\/nieuwe-ceo-mestdagh-werkt-aan-strategisch-transformatieplan\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">moet zorgen voor een herlanceringsplan<\/a>.
