Ze promoten producten die ik nooit ofte nimmer koop, ze spreken me niet persoonlijk aan en ik heb er dus geen boodschap aan&#8221;, durft Ronen Zioni meteen de vinger op een zere plek te leggen. &#8220;Het probleem is dat men nog onvoldoende beseft dat je met print ook heel goed kunt \u2018targetten\u2019 en zeer gepersonaliseerd te werk kunt gaan.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Hoe? Dat wil hij op \u2018Long live print\u2019 uitleggen. &#8220;Onze sprekers zullen aantonen hoe digitaal printen <b>effici\u00ebnte en doelgerichte communicatie mogelijk maakt<\/b> op allerhande domeinen van retailmarketing. Het gaat van massagepersonaliseerde content (ieder zijn eigen, aangepaste supermarktfolder bijvoorbeeld) over \u2018in-store graphics\u2019 tot \u2018direct mailing\u2019.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h2>\u2026 kan nu ook (weer) op papier<\/h2>\n<p>De sleutelfactor is alvast het <b>verzamelen en bewaren van klantendata<\/b>. &#8220;Het belang van het goed beheren en bijhouden van klanteninformatie kan niet worden overschat. Door dat te doen, kun je \u2013 in combinatie met een visueel aantrekkelijke vormgeving \u2013 via print op de sterkst mogelijke manier communiceren.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>De achterliggende reden is simpel, volgens de marketingdirecteur: &#8220;Het is geweten dat de <b>conversiegraad van sociale media vrij laag ligt<\/b>. Die van geprint directe communicatie ligt veel hoger, en dat is logisch: als je iets krijgt waar jouw naam op prijkt, trekt dat je aan en maak je het sneller open.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h2>&#8220;Een revolutie in print&#8221;<\/h2>\n<p>Het gaat er HP echter geenszins om digitale communicatie en media aan de kant te schuiven. Bedoeling is daarentegen om de complementariteit van de twee aan te tonen. &#8220;<b>Print is nog relevant in een digitale wereld<\/b>, dat is onze boodschap. Het komt er op aan het opnieuw te integreren in de marketingmix.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Eerst moeten mensen wel <b>hun beeld van print wel bijstellen<\/b>. Print is vandaag immers niet meer wat het gisteren was: &#8220;We zien een revolutie gebeuren in print en wij willen die revolutie leiden. Onze strategische bedoeling is nauw samen te werken met de marketingbureaus van grote merken en met retailagentschappen, om ze bewuster te maken van de nieuwe mogelijkheden van print als medium.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h2>&#8220;Van massaproductie naar \u2018mij\u2019-productie&#8221;<\/h2>\n<p>Het nieuwe, digitale printen is nog in volle ontwikkeling. &#8220;Op het gebied van kwaliteit zijn we er al&#8221;, zegt Ronen Zioni, &#8220;maar de snelheid moet nog beter. Voor klassiek drukwerk in zeer grote oplagen is het minder interessant.&#8221; Op dit moment is digitaal printen daarom<b> enkel relevant voor printwerk met toegevoegde waarde<\/b>, zoals opdrachten rond personalisatie en met hoge kwaliteitseisen. Of zoals Symeta het stelt: van massaproductie naar \u2018mij\u2019-productie.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Print is bezig aan een heuse comeback: het is vandaag <b>doelgerichter, effici\u00ebnter en persoonlijker dan ooit<\/b>&#8220;, besluit Zioni. &#8220;Wist je trouwens dat het eigenlijk zelfs duurzamer is dan digitale media? De energie die al die servers en computers verbruiken, heeft een hogere ecologische voetafdruk dan papier. Voor elke boom die wordt omgehakt voor papier, worden er twee in de plaats geplant. Je zou nog versteld staan van de milieuvriendelijkheid van print&#8230;&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Long live print&#8221; is een <b>voorprogramma tijdens het RetailDetail Congres van donderdag 25 april<\/b> in San Marco Village in Schelle.
