Fysieke winkels moeten de merkbekendheid van de telecomspeler verhogen en de relatie met de klanten versterken.<\/p>\n<p><!--break--><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h2>Toplocatie<\/h2>\n<p>De 150 m\u00b2 grote winkel is een \u2018Orange Smart Store\u2019 van de nieuwste generatie. Het concept wil klanten een onge\u00ebvenaarde ervaring bieden. De formule is georganiseerd rond de thematische behoeften van de klant: On the Go, Home, Fun, Work\u2026 Shoppers worden wegwijs gemaakt in de recentste innovaties. Bezoekers kunnen er ook terecht voor alle mogelijke vragen en aankopen van producten en diensten, de reparatie van hun telefoon of het beheer van hun abonnementen. Op de eerste verdieping is er een ruimte voor priv\u00e9lessen, seminaries rond mobiele veiligheid, programmeerlessen voor kinderen en veel meer. De deur staat ook open voor kleine ondernemingen en zelfstandigen: in het Orange Business Center vinden zij een antwoord op al hun vragen.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u201cDit is een toplocatie met wel 18.000 passanten per dag\u201d, weet &#8216;chief consumer officer&#8217; Cristina Zanchi. De ambitie van het merk is om de komende jaren nog meer van dit soort winkels openen in de grote steden: \u201cWe willen onze merkbekendheid een boost geven. We zijn nog relatief nieuw in Belgi\u00eb en we hebben sterke concurrenten, dus we moeten ons merk blijven voeden.\u201d Tegelijk met de winkelopening lanceert het merk daarom de campagne #UnlimitedBrussels.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u201cVeel retailers sluiten nu winkels door de groei van online, maar wij vinden het belangrijk om fysiek aanwezig te zijn en ons complete aanbod te tonen. Een abonnement kunnen klanten makkelijk online afsluiten, maar voor de aankoop van een duurdere smartphone of hulp bij het overzetten van hun data, komen ze toch liever naar de winkel. Bovendien zijn Belgen eerder terughoudend als het gaat over mobiel betalen,\u201d zegt Zanchi.
