Ook als de via sociale netwerken verspreide content saai of repetitief is, distanti\u00ebren ze zich. <\/p>\n<p>\nWaarom consumenten dan wel fan worden (Facebook) of een merk volgen (Twitter)? In de meerderheid van de gevallen (26%) omdat ze zo konden genieten van een eenmalige aanbieding, blijkbaar. Als dat de enige reden is, moet het niet verwonderen dat consumenten snel vriendjes-af worden van merken. <\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"margin-top: 10px;margin-bottom: 10px;margin-left: 10px\" title=\"\" alt=\"\" align=\"right\" width=\"200\" height=\"149\" src=\"\/sites\/default\/files\/spacer.png\" \/>Content moet relevant zijn, informatief \u00e9n voordelen bieden aan wie zich in het netwerk begeeft. Toch mag het allemaal niet te promotioneel worden. Klanten willen bovendien niet het gevoel hebben dat ze hun vrijheid verliezen. 14% van de respondenten in de enqu\u00eate gaf aan dat ze liever zelf informatie zoeken dan die opgedrongen te krijgen van bedrijven.<\/p>\n<h2>Eigenlijk steekt het niet nauw.<\/h2>\n<p>Wie zich in de sociale media begeeft, danst dus voortdurend op een evenwichtskoord. Bij wijze van \u2013 schrale \u2013 troost voegen Exact Target en CoTweet toe dat het op het einde van de rekening allemaal niet zoveel uitmaakt. Ruim 51% geeft aan via de sociale mediakanalen toch nooit een blik te werpen bij merken die ze volgen. <\/p>\n<p>\n63% van de respondenten zeggen zelfs niet minder geneigd te zijn iets van een merk te kopen, als ze zich juist los hebben gemaakt uit hun netwerk.
