In elke\u00a0aflevering gaat de Haagse radiomaker, dj en presentator Justin Verkijk op zoek naar antwoorden bij boeren, telers, producenten en experts. <a href=\"https:\/\/nieuws.ah.nl\/albert-heijn-komt-met-eigen-podcast-serie-over-eten\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u201cIk wil bewuste keuzes maken over wat ik in mijn mond stop\u201d<\/a>, zegt Verkijk.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Iedere aflevering zal een ander thema hebben. De eerste aflevering, die op 11 april beschikbaar zal zijn, gaat over biologisch voedsel. \u201cMet de journalistieke insteek die we gekozen hebben, kunnen we een genuanceerd beeld schetsen van de herkomst \u00e9n toekomst van ons eten. Luisteren naar Justin\u2019s zoektocht is leuk en pakkend voor iedereen die ge\u00efnteresseerd is in goed eten\u201d, aldus Fleur Bernhard, directeur Social Media bij Albert Heijn.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Albert Heijn heeft de ambitie uitgesproken om uiterlijk in 2025 alle versketens volledig transparant te maken. \u201cAlleen dan weten we zeker dat het is geproduceerd met respect voor mens, dier en milieu.
