Behalve bestuursvoorzitter Dick Boer gaat het om financieel directeur Jeff Carr, chief corporate governance council Lodewijk Hijmans van den Bergh, Ahold USA-topman James McCann, Ahold Europa-topman Sander van der Laan en (voorlopig) het hoofd personeelszaken Marten Booisma &#8211; al <a href=\"http:\/\/www.akzonobel.com\/nl\/news_center\/news\/nieuws_persberichten\/2013\/marten_booisma_nieuwe_hr_directeur_akzonobel.aspx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">stapt die op 1 oktober wel over naar AkzoNobel<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><strong><br \/><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Naast deze zes heren<strong> zal er ook \u00e9\u00e9n vrouw in het ExCo zetelen: chief commercial officier Hanneke Faber<\/strong>. Zij komt over van bij Procter &amp; Gamble, waar ze meerdere management- en marketingfuncties bekleedde in de Verenigde Staten, Zwitserland, Griekenland en Nederland. In haar nieuwe functie zal Faber de online en customerloyaltyinitiatieven van Ahold aansturen.
