AH probeert op voorhand klanten te engageren door een ludieke website op te zetten, de sociale media voor de kar te spannen en resoluut de landsverschillen uit te spelen.<\/p>\n<h2>Buitenlandse charme<\/h2>\n<p>De Belgische website staat centraal in de campagne van Albert Heijn. Daar valt vooral de aankondiging van een wedstrijd en het \u201cNederlands-Vlaamse woordenboek\u201d op. Onder het mom van &#8220;Albert Heijn voor beginners&#8221;, lijst de site een aantal afwijkende productbenamingen op. Of hoe je speels kunt vertellen dat je nog niet aan een aanpassing van de etiketten begint&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Als onderdeel van de promotoer rijdt Albert Heijn bovendien met een caravan (Nederlands clich\u00e9 bij uitstek) naar naburige dorpspleinen. Wie kan raden hoeveel producten in het aanhangwagentje zitten, krijgt aankoopbonnen.\u00a0Door met een heuse caravan rond te trekken, blijft de campagne zo niet beperkt tot het online universum.<\/p>\n<h2>Doordachte marketing<\/h2>\n<p>Een gewaagde aanpak, dat zeker. Maar men kan de Nederlandse supermarkt al zeker niet verwijten dat het op het gebied van marketing ondoordacht of nonchalant tewerk gaat. Alle succesingredi\u00ebnten zijn aanwezig. Wie bijvoorbeeld meedoet aan de wedstrijd, krijgt tips als ze Albert Heijn Belgi\u00eb leuk vinden op Facebook. Op slag wint AH aan visibiliteit op de sociale media, maar ook de consument denkt er iets aan te hebben.<\/p>\n<p>\nMet het klantenmagazine Allerhande, vrolijke reclameslogans en woordspelingen staat Albert Heijn in Nederland al langer bekend om zijn communicatie. Of de stijl ook in Belgi\u00eb zal aanslaan, blijft echter nog de vraag. Sommige experten denken er alvast het hunne van. <\/p>\n<p>\nOnmiddellijk haasten critici zich om in de pers met de vinger te wijzen op verkeerde \u201cvertalingen\u201d. Als men bij Albert Heijn kotelet als karbonade aan de man brengt, kan het namelijk nog wel eens flink in het honderd lopen daar in Brasschaat.
