De uitbaters dringen bij monde van sectorfederatie Buurtsuper.be aan op een financi\u00eble compensatie.<\/p>\n<p><!--break--><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h2>Technisch incident<\/h2>\n<p>Delhaize worstelt in sommige winkels met bevoorradingsproblemen: in de getroffen filialen is vooral een tekort aan koffie, chocolade, ontbijtgranen, koekjes en chips. Delhaize zelf ontkent de problemen niet en wijt ze aan een technisch incident eerder deze maand in het logistiek centrum.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Volgens Luc Ardies van Buurtsuper.be zijn de problemen echter reeds twee jaar geleden begonnen, toen Delhaize een automatisch magazijn in gebruik nam in Ninove. \u201cVooral op piekmomenten \u2013 bijvoorbeeld in periodes van verlengde weekends \u2013 slaagt Delhaize er niet in om de winkels voldoende te bevoorraden. Met de voorbije week <a href=\"https:\/\/www.standaard.be\/cnt\/dmf20210523_97283022\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">zelfs lege rekken in tal van winkels<\/a>. Normaal proberen we zulke problemen discreet met de directie uit te klaren, maar nu lijkt de toestand te escaleren en worden er op sociale media zelfs beelden gedeeld van lege rekken\u201d, zegt hij in De Standaard.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h2>Bewijzen verzamelen<\/h2>\n<p>Buurtsuper.be eist nu een financi\u00eble compensatie voor het omzetverlies dat de zelfstandige uitbaters hebben geleden. De sectorfederatie ontwikkelde eerder al een speciale website, waar de uitbaters kunnen melden met welke producten er leveringsproblemen zijn.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Delhaize-woordvoerder Roel Dekelver geeft in De Tijd aan dit niet in de pers te willen uitvechten. \u201cWe zetten nog deze week de dialoog met onze zelfstandige uitbaters voort.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Nogal wat zelfstandige Delhaize-supermarkten kampen met lege rekken door een tekort aan onder meer koffie en chips.
