Daardoor zal de winstmarge lager liggen dan vooropgesteld.<\/p>\n<p><!--break--><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h2>Nieuw recordkwartaal<\/h2>\n<p>In het tweede kwartaal boekte HelloFresh een recordomzet van 1,56\u00a0miljard euro: het maaltijdpakketbedrijf ontving tussen april en juni bijna 31\u00a0miljoen orders, goed voor een stijging van 71,2% op jaarbasis. De aangepaste brutobedrijfswinst (aebitda) kwam uit op 157,8\u00a0miljoen euro, wat overeenkomt met een aebitda-marge van 10,1%.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>HelloFresh investeert intussen volop in de uitbreiding van zijn capaciteit en aanbod: in de loop van het tweede kwartaal nam het nieuwe distributiecentra in Canada en de Verenigde Staten in gebruik. Daar komen er in de komende maanden nog eens drie bij in de Verenigde staten, Australi\u00eb en Duitsland. De maaltijdboxleverancier heeft afgelopen maand ook een akkoord bereikt over de overname van <strong>Youfoodz<\/strong>, een Australische producent van kant-en-klaarmaaltijden. Het gaat om de tweede acquisitie in dat segment, na <strong>Factor75<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.retaildetail.be\/nl\/news\/food\/hellofresh-verwerft-maaltijdproducent-factor75\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">eind vorig jaar<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>In de Verenigde Staten introduceerde het bedrijf begin deze maand HelloFresh Market, waardoor klanten voortaan een reeks losse <a href=\"https:\/\/www.retaildetail.be\/nl\/news\/food\/hellofresh-lanceert-online-kruidenierswinkel-verenigde-staten\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">basisproducten aan hun maaltijdpakket kunnen toevoegen<\/a>. Het concept werd eerst uitvoerig getest in de Benelux en goed bevonden. \u201cIk ben erg trots dat Belgi\u00eb pionierde met de HelloFresh Markt. Op basis van de resultaten en het succes wordt het aanbod in de rest van\u00a02021 verder uitgebreid naar ruim 500\u00a0producten met onder andere een box van Belgische bieren\u201d, zegt Pauwel Wiertsema, CEO HelloFresh Benelux.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h2>Hogere kosten<\/h2>\n<p>Voor het hele jaar verwacht HelloFresh nu een omzetgroei (bij constante valuta) tussen 45%\u00a0tot\u00a055%. Tot nu toe ging het bedrijf uit van een groei van 35\u00a0\u00e0\u00a045%.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>De vooropgestelde aangepaste winstmarge van 10\u00a0tot\u00a012% wordt wel teruggebracht tot 8,25\u00a0\u00e0\u00a010,25%. HelloFresh verwacht door de versnelde uitbouw van de productiecapaciteit hogere productiekosten, omdat de nieuwe productiesites nog niet volledig benut kunnen worden. Bovendien wil het bedrijf zijn technologie- en datateams versneld versterken.
