De grootste voorstanders komen uit Duitsland en het Verenigd Koninkrijk, die respectievelijk 81% en 80% erg tevreden respondenten tellen. In Belgi\u00eb behoort 73% tot die categorie, in Nederland 75%.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>De <strong> gratis levering van de gekochte goederen<\/strong> en de levering op momenten dat het past, zijn de belangrijkste drijfveren die Belgen en Nederlanders zien in het online kopen. Voorts hechten de online kopers ook groot belang aan een website in de eigen taal (69% in Europa, 71% in Belgi\u00eb en 65% in Nederland), een groot aanbod (70% in Europa, 68% in Belgi\u00eb, 66% in Nederland) en de mogelijke opvolging van het verzendingstraject (64% in Europa, 62% in Belgi\u00eb en 61% in Nederland).<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h2>Nog ruimte voor verbetering<\/h2>\n<p>Toch is er nog ruimte voor verbetering: vooral de <strong>dienst-na-verkoop kan beter<\/strong>. De belangrijkste wensen gingen over de mogelijkheid om iemand fysiek aan de lijn te krijgen in het klantencenter (vooral in Belgi\u00eb en Duitsland), de mogelijkheid om een afleveringdatum te kiezen (vooral Belgi\u00eb, Frankrijk en Itali\u00eb) en de mogelijkheid om via een smartphone bestellingen te plaatsen (vooral Belgi\u00eb en Frankrijk).<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Bij consumenten met negatieve ervaringen <strong>wegen vooral de hoger dan verwachte verzendingskosten door<\/strong>. Lang niet alle goederen worden immers gratis aan huis geleverd. In Europa struikelt 57% erover, in Belgi\u00eb 58% en in Nederland 52%. Een tweede pijnpunt blijft het tijdstip van levering; in Europa zijn onverwachte vertragingen voor 49% een struikelsteen, in Belgi\u00eb voor 47% en in Nederland voor 49%.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Pakjesdienst UPS en marktonderzoeker ComScore <strong> bevroegen wereldwijd zowat 14.000 consumenten<\/strong> naar hun houding tegenover het online winkelen, waarvan net geen 5.600 uit zes Europese landen kwamen.
