Het gaat om tools die onderdeel zijn van het ge\u00efntegreerde shopperdata-, personalisatie- en mediaplatform Carrefour Links dat de retailer <a href=\"https:\/\/www.retaildetail.be\/nl\/news\/food\/carrefour-zet-op-data-met-personalisatie-en-retailmediaplatform\">eerder dit jaar al op groepsniveau lanceerde<\/a>.<br \/>\n\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Een eerste oplossing, <strong>Criteo<\/strong>, de wereldleider in retail mediaoplossingen, vergroot de advertentiemogelijkheden in de webshop en in de app van Carrefour. Op carrefour.be kunnen adverteerders gebruik maken van een veelheid aan advertentieformaten en contactpunten op alle webpagina\u2019s, maar krijgen ze vooral ook de gelegenheid om hun boodschap nauwkeurig te <em>cibleren<\/em>: de juiste boodschap op het goede moment, gericht naar een specifieke doelgroep.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h2>Gedetailleerde rapportage<\/h2>\n<p>\u201cVandaag adverteer je daar zo\u2019n beetje als in een folder: alle bezoekers zien hetzelfde. Dat verandert: adverteerders zullen veel relevanter kunnen communiceren op basis van het aankoopprofiel van de klanten, om de conversie te verhogen. Bezoekers die zich op de site of in de app identificeren met hun Bonuskaart, krijgen dan een specifieke communicatie te zien. Merken en agentschappen ontvangen een gedetailleerde rapportage over hun campagne in realtime, waardoor ze kunnen bijsturen en verfijnen in functie van de resultaten.\u201d<br \/>\n\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>De tweede oplossing is <strong>LiveRamp<\/strong>, het toonaangevende platform voor dataconnectiviteit, voor een veilig en doeltreffend gebruik van data. Deze oplossing laat toe om doelgerichte activatiecampagnes te voeren op open web en social media. \u201cJe leest bijvoorbeeld De Morgen, je komt vaak op 2dehands.be en je zit op Facebook, dan gaan we je daar benaderen met gerichte boodschappen. Met het grote voordeel voor adverteerders dat het ook hier gaat om <em>end-to-end<\/em> campagnes: adverteerders kunnen gedetailleerd meten wat het exact opbrengt.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h2>Relevante data<\/h2>\n<p>Is Carrefour hiermee een voorloper? \u201cZeker! We hebben een uniek model zijn de enige in Belgi\u00eb met zo\u2019n oplossing, er is vandaag nog niemand die dit kan. Media-agentschappen laten wel toe om doelgericht te adverteren op basis van socio-demografische criteria, maar wij baseren ons op de meest relevante data die je kan hebben: het re\u00eble aankoopgedrag. Het is immers niet omdat je tot een welbepaalde socio-demografische groep behoort, dat je daarom per se hetzelfde gedrag zal vertonen. Aankoopgedrag is vaak uniek.\u201d<br \/>\n\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Beide oplossingen zijn al operationeel in Frankrijk, en de eerste resultaten zijn meer dan veelbelovend: \u201cWe zien er 50% meer media-activiteit en een stijging van de omzet met 15 tot 20%. Zeer significant dus. Nu implementeren we beide tools ook in Belgi\u00eb. Het zou ideaal zijn als we dit nog voor de eindejaarsperiode kunnen lanceren, maar in elk geval zullen we helemaal klaar zijn begin volgend jaar.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h2>Stel uw vragen<\/h2>\n<p>Meer details over de nieuwe campagnemogelijkheden bij Carrefour Belgium onthult Vivian Mosselmans op het Trade &amp; Shopper Marketing Congress van RetailDetail en LD&amp;Co dat plaatsvindt op donderdag 30 september in de Antwerpse Stadsfeestzaal.
