Voor het lopende jaar houdt het bedrijf niettemin rekening met een groeivertraging.<\/p>\n<p><!--break--><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h2>Kosteninflatie<\/h2>\n<p>De gerapporteerde omzet van de Zwitserse voedingsreus steeg met 3,3% tot 87,1\u00a0miljard Zwitserse frank (83\u00a0miljard euro). Op autonome basis was er evenwel een groei van 7,5%, die voor een kwart te danken was aan prijsverhogingen. In het vierde kwartaal trok Nestl\u00e9 de prijzen nog verder op om de stijgende kosten te compenseren en zijn marges te vrijwaren.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Per productcategorie leverde koffie de grootste bijdrage aan de organische groei, aangewakkerd door een sterk momentum voor de drie belangrijkste merken <strong>Nescaf\u00e9<\/strong>, <strong>Nespresso<\/strong> en <strong>Starbucks<\/strong>. Zo steeg de verkoop van Starbucks-producten met 17,1% tot 3,1\u00a0miljard Zwitserse frank (3\u00a0miljard euro). Dubbelcijferige groei was er ook bij de dierenvoedingstak (<strong>Purina PetCare<\/strong>) en bij de vegetarische en plantaardige voeding. De babyvoeding moest dan weer terrein prijsgeven, door een slabakkende verkoop in China en de lagere geboortecijfers wereldwijd.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>De onderliggende operationele winst steeg met 1,4% tot 15,1\u00a0miljard Zwitsers frank (14,5\u00a0miljard euro).
