Alles samen gaat het om meer dan een half miljard euro.<\/p>\n<p><!--break--><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h2>Twee tegenvallers<\/h2>\n<p>Het fiscale dispuut in Nederland heeft te maken met de fusie tussen Ahold en Delhaize in\u00a02016. Ahold wilde een zogenaamde \u2018fusie-goodwill\u2019 in verband met de synergievoordelen die de fusie zou opleveren, afschrijven over een periode van tien jaar. Daar was de Nederlandse belastingdienst het niet mee eens. De retailer stapte daarop naar de rechter, maar die geeft Ahold Delhaize ongelijk, meldt RTL Nieuws. Daardoor loopt de fusiegroep over tien jaar <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rtlnieuws.nl\/economie\/bedrijven\/artikel\/5296391\/belastingtegenvaller-kost-ahold-delhaize-bijna-200-miljoen\">een belastingvoordeel van 200\u00a0miljoen euro mis<\/a>. Het concern overweegt in beroep te gaan.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Dit is voor Ahold Delhaize de tweede zware tegenvaller in een dikke maand tijd: in februari betaalde het bedrijf al een heffing van 382\u00a0miljoen euro aan de Belgische belastingdienst. Die aanslag had te maken met de overname van de Amerikaanse winkels van Delhaize door de fusiegroep: die winkels werden volgens de Belgische fiscus te laag gewaardeerd.
