De winst staat slechts licht onder druk, het bedrijf verhoogt de prijzen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u201cUnieke diversificatie\u201d<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Dat de horeca nu haast overal weer zonder restricties open is, lijkt HelloFresh niet te deren: het bedrijf boekte in het eerste kwartaal van 2022 een recordomzet van 1,9 miljard euro, een stijging met 26,4%. De bezorger van maaltijdboxen kreeg er 1,24 miljoen actieve klanten bij, een groei met 17%. Het totale aantal klanten bedraagt nu 8,52 miljoen. Bovendien stijgt het aantal bestellingen per klant, net als de waarde van de gemiddelde bestelling.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De marge stond wel licht onder druk: ze bedroeg 25,2% van de omzet, tegenover 28,2% een jaar geleden. Dat is te wijten aan prijsinflatie voor ingredi\u00ebnten, en ook aan investeringskosten voor nieuwe productiecapaciteit en bijkomende regio\u2019s. Nu enkele nieuwe productiecentra op kruissnelheid komen, zal de productiekost als percentage van de omzet weer afnemen, zegt HelloFresh. De maaltijdbezorger heeft recent bovendien zijn prijzen verhoogd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cDankzij onze unieke diversificatie over geografische regio&#8217;s, merken en bedrijfsmodellen hebben we het volatiele macro-economische klimaat kunnen doorstaan en kunnen we ons sterke en winstgevende groeitraject ook in 2022 voortzetten\u201d, aldus Dominik Richter, mede-oprichter en CEO van HelloFresh.
