Asics zegt zo de controle te willen houden over hoe het merk wordt gepresenteerd naar de klant. <strong>Ook Nike en Adidas voeren dergelijke praktijken in Duitsland<\/strong> en ook naar die twee bedrijven loopt er een onderzoek in Duitsland. Zij volgen dus nauwgezet de ontwikkelingen rond Asics.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Duitse juristen zagen weinig problemen met de restricties, omdat ze worden opgelegd aan alle verkopers en er dus geen sprake zou zijn van concurrentievervalsing. De Bundeskartellamt is echter van oordeel dat het verbod <strong>vooral dient om controle te houden over de prijsconcurrentie<\/strong> &#8220;in zowel het online als het fysieke kanaal.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Volgens de waakhond vormen de verschillende restricties <strong>samen &#8220;de facto een verbod op internethandel&#8221;<\/strong>. Ze worden dan ook <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"http:\/\/www.bundeskartellamt.de\/SharedDocs\/Meldung\/DE\/Pressemitteilungen\/2014\/28_04_2014_Asics.html;jsessionid=1DB78D08D0BDD4C4BF40121180844A2C.1_cid362?nn=3591568\" rel=\"noopener\">beschouwd als een ontoelaatbare concurrentiebeperking<\/a>.
