Bovendien was het vanaf de zomer 2013 moeilijker om de aankoopprijsinflatie volledig door te rekenen in de verkoopprijzen\u201d, aldus het bedrijf.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Ook <strong>ziet de Halse distributeur niet meteen beterschap<\/strong>. \u201cWe verwachten dat de economie en het consumentenvertrouwen niet op korte termijn zullen hernemen en dat de sterke concurrentie en prijsdruk zich zal verderzetten\u201d, zegt het bedrijf. \u201cDe consistente uitvoering van onze laagsteprijzenstrategie noodzaakte belangrijke prijsinvesteringen en zal in de toekomst onverminderd verdergezet worden.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Toch blijft Colruyt goed scoren, want volgens Chris Opdebeeck van Marketing Map presteert Colruyt ondanks de terugval<strong> nog altijd beter dan heel wat concurrenten<\/strong>. Zo kwam Ahold kwam het laatste boekjaar aan een marge van 4,2 procent, Carrefour aan 2,8 procent en Delhaize aan 2,3 procent.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h2>Colruyt-formule levert marktaandeel in<\/h2>\n<p>Opvallend was niettemin dat Colruyt in de tweede helft van zijn boekjaar 0,3 procent marktaandeel moest prijsgeven in zijn winkels onder eigen groepsnaam in Belgi\u00eb en Luxemburg: deze daalde tot 25,9 procent. Meteen was de <strong>winst van de eerste jaarhelft weggeveegd. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>De <strong>omzet in de Belgische Colruytwinkels steeg weliswaar met 2,4 procent<\/strong> tot 5,36 miljard euro. De vooruitgang was deels het gevolg van een verdere uitbreiding van het winkelpark.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h2>Nog stevige groei in kleinere enseignes<\/h2>\n<p>Een <strong>sterkere vooruitgang boekte Colruyt bij zijn enseignes OKay en Bio-Planet<\/strong>. Die realiseerden een omzet van 594 miljoen euro, 11,9 procent hoger dan het jaar voordien, voornamelijk door nieuwe winkelopeningen en door een sterke instroom aan nieuwe klanten. De omzet van de gespecialiseerde non-foodwinkels DreamLand en Dreambaby steeg dan weer met 1,6 procent tot 245 miljoen euro.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Ook in zijn <strong>Franse tak kende Colruyt een sterke vooruitgang<\/strong>: de omzet steeg er 13,1 procent tot 256 miljoen euro. Door de focus op de laagste prijzen werden er extra consumenten aangetrokken. De markt was nochtans erg moeilijk, met zelfs een negatieve prijsinflatie van 0,2 procent.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>De omzet bij het <strong>brandstoffenmerk Dats24 in Belgi\u00eb en Frankrijk steeg met 2,4 procent<\/strong> tot 707 miljoen euro. Door de dalende olieprijzen en scherpe prijsconcurrentie was de totale omzetgroei minder sterk dan de volumetoename, die op 7,3 procent uitkwam. In de loop van het boekjaar werden 13 nieuwe tankstations geopend.
