Vandaag heeft de groep \u201cop de Belgische markt al een marktaandeel van 33% voor de verkoop van bioproducten, alle distributiekanalen inbegrepen dus ook de directe verkoop van de boeren aan particulieren\u201d, zegt Raffael Li Preti, Senior Manager Fruit &amp; Vegetables.<\/p>\n<h2>Bio-eieren meest gevraagd<\/h2>\n<p>De klant is alvast veranderd, klinkt het bij Delhaize. \u201cKocht vroeger slechts een kleine groep van klanten bioproducten, dan stellen we vandaag vast dat steeds meer mensen zich laten verleiden om een bioproduct te kopen.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\nBio-eieren zijn tegenwoordig het meest gevraagde product. \u201cHoewel ons aanbod aan bio-eieren maar een vijfde van het totale assortiment aan eieren vertegenwoordigt, zijn 35% van de verkochte eieren biologisch. Dit bewijst dat bio niet enkel meer is voorbehouden voor een nichecli\u00ebnteel. De klanten appreci\u00ebren de kwaliteit en de authenticiteit van deze producten\u201d, aldus nog Raffael Li Preti.<\/p>\n<h2>20% groei per jaar<\/h2>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"margin-top: 10px;margin-bottom: 10px;margin-left: 10px\" title=\"\" alt=\"\" src=\"\/sites\/default\/files\/spacer.png\" align=\"right\" height=\"154\" width=\"150\" \/>De voorbije drie jaar zag Delhaize zijn bioverkoop elk jaar met meer dan 20% stijgen. Vooral de afdeling fruit &amp; groenten, de bakkerij en de beenhouwerij hebben de wind in de zeilen, maar de bioproducten eisen ook een steeds grotere plaats op in de rayons gezouten en gesuikerde voeding en in de afdeling Home &amp; Beauty Care, met producten op basis van biokatoen.<\/p>\n<p>\n\u201cWe werken zoveel mogelijk op lokaal niveau en houden de voedingskwaliteit van onze bioproducten en van de producten van ons huismerk nauwlettend in het oog. Aandacht voor de authenticiteit van onze bioproducten is primordiaal. Wij voegen geen overbodige middelen toe, zelfs geen natuurlijke additieven\u201d, legt Raffael Li Preti uit. \u201cEn uiteraard blijven we, net zoals voor de andere productcategorie\u00ebn, innoveren door regelmatig nieuwe referenties aan het bio-assortiment toe te voegen.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Tot 12 juni is Belgi\u00eb in de ban van bio.
