Het afgelopen boekjaar ging de harddiscounter in Belgi\u00eb wel 51,2 miljoen euro in het rood.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Rentabiliteitsproblemen<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>De omzet van Lidl in Belgi\u00eb zakte in het afgelopen gebroken boekjaar met 2,2% tot 2,59 miljard euro, meldt De Standaard. Stijgende kosten <a href=\"https:\/\/www.standaard.be\/cnt\/dmf20221013_97742262\">veroorzaakten een bedrijfsverlies van 47,1 miljoen euro<\/a>, tegenover 7 miljoen een jaar eerder. De keten kampt al langer met rentabiliteitsproblemen, maar dit zijn de slechtste cijfers ooit voor de retailer, weet de krant. Per 100 euro omzet verloor de discounter 1,94 euro netto. Per gepresteerd uur daalde de omzet met 6%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lidl reageerde nog niet op onze vraag naar duiding bij de cijfers. In elk geval is de discounter niet de enige foodretailer die onder druk staat. Ook <strong>Colruyt<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.retaildetail.be\/nl\/news\/food\/inflatie-weegt-zwaar-op-de-marges-van-colruyt-group\/\">ziet de marges verder krimpen<\/a>, terwijl Delhaize <a href=\"https:\/\/www.retaildetail.be\/nl\/news\/food\/ahold-delhaize-sterk-in-de-vs-bespaart-in-europa\/\">moet besparen<\/a>. Beterschap is niet in zicht, met stijgende kosten en de quasi onmogelijkheid om de verkoopprijzen evenredig te verhogen. De sector van de zelfstandige winkeliers <a href=\"https:\/\/www.retaildetail.be\/nl\/news\/food\/energiecrisis-zal-bloedbad-veroorzaken-in-voedingshandel\/\">vreest zelfs een golf van faillissementen<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De slechte cijfers geven de retailer ook weinig ruimte om iets te doen aan de personeelsbezetting in de winkels. Vorig jaar <a href=\"https:\/\/www.retaildetail.be\/nl\/news\/food\/dozens-lidl-stores-close-due-strike\/\">braken er nog stakingen uit bij het bedrijf<\/a>, waarbij winkelmedewerkers maatregelen eisten om de hoge werkdruk te verlichten.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Omzet en marges staan stevig onder druk bij Lidl.
