De winst daalt en de vraag vermindert, al blijft de FMCG-reus boven de verwachtingen presteren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Volgend jaar 4 miljard extra kosten<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Procter &amp; Gamble houdt beter stand dan verwacht in de huidige moeilijke context. De fabrikant van onder meer Ariel, Gillette en Pampers zag de omzet in het voorbije kwartaal nog licht stijgen met 1% tot 20,6 miljard dollar (zo\u2019n 21 miljard euro), wat meer is dan analisten durfden hopen. Hoewel het beheren van prijzen en het operationele aspect momenteel zeer moeilijk zijn, zou de organische groei \u201csolide\u201d blijven, aldus CEO Jon Moeller.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Door de stijgende grondstofkosten heeft P&amp;G de prijzen met nog eens 9% verhoogd, waardoor het verkochte volume weliswaar met 3% daalde. Consumenten raken toch enigszins afgeschrikt door de steeds hogere prijzen. Supermarktketens lieten al weten dat mensen <a href=\"https:\/\/www.retaildetail.be\/nl\/news\/food\/supermarkten-verklaren-de-oorlog-aan-merkleveranciers\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">meer voor goedkopere huismerken<\/a> kiezen. Ook kostte de sterke dollar ten opzichte van de euro en de pond P&amp;G nog eens 6% omzet. De nettowinst daalde zodoende met 4% tot 3,9 miljard dollar (4 miljard dollar).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Voor het hele boekjaar 2023, dat eind juni afloopt, verlaagt P&amp;G nu ook de prognoses. Waar de omzetgroei eerst rond de 2% zou uitkomen, rekent de groep nu op een omzetdaling van 1% \u00e0 3%. Alleen al de wisselkoerseffecten zouden de groep zo\u2019n 1,3 miljard dollar gaan kosten, terwijl de transportkosten naar schatting met 200 miljoen dollar zouden stijgen en de grondstofkosten met liefst 2,4 miljard dollar.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Procter &#038; Gamble, de producent van Always, Dash en Dreft, voelt de gevolgen van de stijgende prijzen en de sterke dollar.
