Het bedrijf zet hiervoor een test op met een beperkte selectie aan klanten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Nieuwe manier om aanbod te ontdekken<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>De bedoeling is dat klanten op een intu\u00eftieve manier vragen kunnen stellen, zoals &#8220;Wat kan ik dragen voor een trouwfeest in Santorini in juli?&#8221;. De Zalando-shopassistent zal dan een voorstel doen op basis van een heleboel informatie: zo moet de assistent begrepen hebben dat het gaat over een formele, zomerse aangelegenheid. In de toekomst wil Zalando ook de persoonlijke smaak en voorkeuren van klanten integreren, die het heeft gedistilleerd uit vorige aankopen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De testversie van de AI-shopassistent zal beschikbaar zijn in de app en op de website, voor een beperkt aantal klanten in Duitsland, Ierland, Oostenrijk en het Verenigd Koninkrijk.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;We zijn heel benieuwd wat ChatGPT kan betekenen voor onze klanten.
